I hesitate a long time before I give a review anything less than 4 stars bc I know it can impact business or maybe even lead to someone getting written up but I have gone to this location for at least 3 years and the service here us weak. I can even cut ppl slack if a restaurant is slamming busy but yesterday there was no one else in there but me and service was less than desirable. The monotone attitude by both employees was horrible, firing off what else, what else do you want on your….whatever, salad, sub. Etc. To make matters worse, the two employees fired off their questions at the same time so I had to ask them to repeat. There was zero salesmanship or helpfulness to navigate what all in in the case to choose from. But here is what really gets me almost every time I go in there, the floor was horrendously sticky, right at the register. These employees didn’t even try to be pleasant. Food costs for salads and subs are very low compared to how much customers pay in there so if I’m going to pay that much I’d at lease like reasonable attitudes. The employee didn’t bother to ask if I wanted a half sub or a full one. She jyst assumed. Subway is great about allowing customers to pick what they want but we don’t know your menu like employees do. Can’t ya help us out a little?? Still annoyed the next day. At least the food was reasonably good.

My spouse calls and complains and all the sudden they have our order?
I arrive a 2nd time the woman with rotted teeth stops in the middle of making my subs to go smoke a cigarette In FRONT of the store, we asked for light mayo and it is slathered. I do have video of all of this 2nd visit if you would like, this is completely unacceptable.

the sub had wrong ingredients on it, and when i asked for it to be remade, they wouldn’t do it. i asked nicely and i still ate the sub, but i will definitely go to the other locations.

I mostly do mobile orders now, unless its like a half hour before they close, but their subs are good, and their cookies are really good! I would recommend eating here, but if you dont have a lot of money to spend, only eat here probably twice a week, not saying its overly expensive or anything

This is the last time we order from here ! I went online created a order for dinner & went to pick it up .
I asked when I went into the store to the elderly woman making subs behind the counter if you just pick your order up off the rack & leave or did she need to see the receipt & she said no you just take your order .
So how does that stop others from taking your food ?
My problem with this restaurant is that our orders were not right as usual, wrong toppings & the 6 cookies I order half of them were pushed into the box & were broken crumbs through the box ! I have pictures of everything. I’m not wasting my money here or at any subway ever again !

This location is hit or miss. You can place an online order and it wont be ready. The customer service is usually poor and they make subs super slow.
