Horrible experience at this store & judging by their other reviews, I’m not surprised. My sub had a hair literally BAKED into the cheese on the bread & the store refused to issue me a refund, claiming it’s their managers policy. Horrible customer service on their end, if you put hair in the food why would I want to eat from there again? Not to mention the lettuce tastes old & the pickles are translucent, a sign of bad quality. Do better

I just purchased a 12-inch Italian Sub for dinner. As I was eating my sub and what appeared was a long strand of black or dark brown hair and the meat was stuck to the hair. ( I don’t have long hair and it’s grey hair at that) I called the store and the girl told me she couldn’t refund my money because I opened the sub. How else would I have known about the hair if I didn’t eat the sub? It’s ridiculous!!! Wear a hairnet or a cap!!! That’s just nasty!!!!! I’m tired of these nasty food chains not doing what they’re supposed to do to protect the food. Smh Beware of Subway at gender rd and refugee rd they make hairy subs! Yuck!!!
I can’t even enjoy a sub and chips after a long hard day at work. $23 to the trash because everyone else stopped eating and threw them away. Smh! Never again!!

Update: I’m sick with food poisoning I’ve been having diarrhea. Trust me, I’m going to call the health department. I haven’t eaten since that poisonous sub!

I placed an app order and it was incorrect. This was not the first time in which I have reported it online and sent emails. I thought it was fixed but it was not. I arrived to pick up my order and there was 1 sandwich instead of 3. The manager was rude, disrespectful and showed no empathy. Katelyn was combative, over-talking and refused to give us the owners name/number and how to file a complaint. She kept saying how it was working and for other customers like we were lying for no reason. We asked for a refund and she was unwilling to help or fix the situation. We left without any food or refund! I tried calling another store but it was in pickerington and they said it was not apart of the franchise. Pick another location if you want Subway.

While standing in line waiting for my sub one of the associate mopped my feet several times and when I said something to her, the other lady said people make mistakes. I’m not sure how running a mop across somebody feet several times a mistake. Unprofessional, rude and it seemed like they hire anybody to fill a position. As I was walking out, she said you can leave like I wasn’t already leaving. She actually did me a favor because she went from making somebody sub to ringing them up with the same gloves she put their vegetables on to turn around to have the same gloves on to take the bread out of the oven and start making somebody else’s sub. WITH THE SAME GLOVES. They must have a glove shortage that’s why they probably was trying to save them.

The employees were kind, but I made an online order for $40+ and they said the system was down. I didn’t receive a refund and there is no way to get one apparently. The management of this Subway and the near by Walmart subway is awful. I feel for the employees

At 3:20pm on June 6, 2023, as I entered the subway restaurant and approached the serving line. I asked the server to change her gloves right along with the serving paper that she places the bread upon. She immediately got her feelings hurt and became loud and irritated. As I didn’t want to interact with her anymore, I asked the server next to her to fulfill my order, doing this was in hopes of de-escalating a problem and not having an angry person making my food. I explained to the young man that after he changed his gloves that I didn’t want him to touch the counter top with his gloves or anything with where the meat has touched. A customer behind me started to complain to me that I was being unreasonable by asking for non-cross contamination of foods. I asked her to mind her own business(her voice was raised pretty high) at the same time the original lady started to yell at me because I told the lady in the line to mind her own business, she was at the cash register attending another customer. I asked her if she would stop speaking to me and speak to the customer behind me, the lady at the cash register said she didn’t hear her say anything. Obviously they were now double teaming me and then the guy that was supposed to be taking my order was now teaming up against me. This day they made me the villain. They said they was not going to give me any service so as I walked towards the front door the butch looking customer that was behind me kept talking crazy to me and I was telling her that I didn’t appreciate her nor did I like her. Strangest thing, as I opened up my bag to put my wallet back inside, everyone in the building ran to the back of the restaurant, running inside doors except for the lady that was behind me who thought she was a dude.

The staff there appeared to be teenagers without an adult there working. The staff there was not ready and equipped to take an order of a vegan. They also wasn’t ready to not catch an attitude at the customers request to simply change their gloves are handling meats.
I HOPE THE MANAGER OF THIS SUBWAY CAN READ THIS AND TRAIN THEIR STAFF BETTER.

Normally the food is really good here. But today, when I picked up order, got home, (I work from home) it wasn’t till I finished half the sub, that I realized it was so dry! And yes it had Italian dressing on it. I was back at work and just didn’t bother with it. I spoke to the to the manager and he was no help. He stated that he assure me that the bread was fresh. If the manager lies, then it makes me wonder about the rest of the crew. Now this will be the last time I ever order from this Subway!!! Ever!!!

I got here on August 24 2024 and the 3 guys server there spent minutes gisting and playing while preparing my meal, without considering the fact that we here trying to pick orders, no customer orientation or customer service attitude, they just kept gisting? Playing wasting customers time without caring about customers, very rude guys.i came in 8 o clock pm dy didn’t prepare my take out until 8:45 ..horrible experience

I ordered the ‘6 grilled chicken toasted with sauces and peppers. The man clumps all the chicken pieces together so that there was almost half the bread still uncovered. I said I where the rest of the chicken at to cover the empty bread. This disrespectful manager with the black beard and glasses comes over and says it’s portioned like that so I ask is it really not supposed to be enough meat to cover the bread..he says it needs to be spread out and I say ok well do that because I’m not paying for half the sandwich being made…he grabs the chicken pieces and all the sauce as if he had Plato in his hand and pats in on the bread…it looked so unappealing and gross after he did that I kindly told him im not paying fornthat mess, can you remake it for me. He then tell me he not remaking nothing and tell me to get out the store and never come back or he is filing harassment charges on me. I believe I just experienced some racism here smh NOTT OKKK…p.s didn’t get his name as we began to argue in front of customers but it was the heavy set white guy with the black beard and glasses that talks loud
