Stood in line for 25 minutes inside with a line of people in front of me while the team handled all the drive thru orders. After 25 mins I couldn’t stand there anymore and left. Waste of time! I heard them commiserating about how they haven’t had breaks all day. Should probably provide the adequate amount of staff to handle the volume at this store. Horrible!

Just left the drive thru. They told us they could only make one sandwich for us even though there were two of us in the car. We were there over an hour before they closed. Mind you, they told us this after we were already asked to wait for ten minutes. They had limited bread and supposedly management told them to only make a sandwich per car. What ever happened to customer service or first come first serve? A complete joke of an establishment.

At the time of my pickup, no one answered me at the drive-thru for 15 minutes. After eventually getting service, the restaurant got my order incorrect, and the employees seemed very careless. After another 30 minute wait, they got my order incorrect, again. The bread was wrong, the cheese was missing, the chips were incorrect, and the cookie was not included. There was a Hispanic male and white female doing the orders; they looked like teenagers and apparently unsupervised. Terrible employees and service.

Well I ordered it to be delivered. I ordered a chicken teriyaki bowl. So when you have something delivered and it’s wrong then you’re just out of luck. Every time I get something from the Subway on Brice road it’s wrong!!! Never again!

There is only one person in this location that is very professional. I don’t know his name,however he is an older gentleman who is soft spoken and very courteous. However, the rest have horrible attitudes. To clarify your order or ask a question seems to be a problem. The website says open,however I was informed depending on what I wanted, they didn’t have because it was put up already. Keep in mind its an 1hr 15 minutes before before closing. The whole staff seems to be young. Work attitude and performance needs to be encouraged.
