The past few times I’ve been here has been a total disappointment. One of the employees used gloves while using the cash register and didn’t bother to change them before moving on to make the next sandwich. The subs have been less than stellar and you can tell the employees do not have any desire to make a good sandwich.

I am at doordasher. They forgot one of my drinks for one of my orders. I asked the crew if everything was there and they said yes. So when I go to deliver one of the orders, the customer was upset that they didn’t get the drink. I take partial responsibility for not double checking their work and simply trusting them at their word. However, when I called and spoke to the manager, instead of apologizing she chastised me for not checking the ticket. I told her to have her crew stop telling me that everything is there when it clearly isn’t. That’s on them. I will be checking every order of theirs from now on even if they tell me everything is there.

Workers aren’t very friendly. Atleast the one who I talked to wasn’t. Also was told you don’t have cold cuts anymore, which they still absolutely have. Everything I tried to order was not available.

Our sandwhich maker disappeared halfway through making our sandwhichs and the other 2 employees literally ignored us. Finally the guy started acknowledging us and asked what i wanted. I said a veggie delight. Does this sandwhich look like a veggie delight? I think not.

We came through on our way to the park, my grandbabys were with me, my grandson, who is 2, was having a meltdown in the middle of me trying to order & the manager got irritated she was rolling her eyes at me, she was rushing me through the line, which irritated me allot. She has no customer skills, obviously to act that way towards me or any customer with children.
Anybody who has toddlers knows they can be a handful when this happens. She had no compassion or patience what so ever.
I won’t be coming back.
If you don’t like your job, you really should look for another one where you don’t deal with the general public.

2 Dollar churros taste like a burnt bagel cinnamon on it. Don’t recommend, when we walked in the worker was outside. And she didn’t come in until a few minutes and said that she didn’t see us walk in. She also came in the front door? What are you doing out there? also didn’t really care that we were there.

Stopped in to get dinner for my grandson & I. I haven’t had Subway for a long time but used to get it quite often. I’ve always gotten the steak sub, but now they’ve changed up the menu and added more expensive sandwiches. I just ordered the ‘old’ steak & cheese sub, mainly because it was cheaper and I thought I was getting the same sandwich I’d always gotten. I should have been paying more attention to her making my sub & told her to add more veggies, my bad. But I was talking to my grandson to see what he wanted. Long story short, my grandson loved his meatball sub, but I was really disappointed in mine. It just wasn’t as good as I remember them being at all!! The newer Steak melt sub looked more like what I used to get (on the sign anyway) and is what I should have gotten apparently. I’ll try that the next time, but if that one is as disappointing as this last one was I won’t be doing Subway any more! Seems like Subway is just trying to find a way to charge people more money!!
p.s. The 2 people working in there were great though! The girl that made our sandwiches and a guy that was perhaps working in the back kitchen who had come out to the front. They were very friendly and helpful!! They joked around with us and another customer who’d come in behind us. Almost made it worthwhile.

The service was fantastic and our sub maker was very kind with us. Force fed Fox news and country music was definitely a key to not return. Especially when the staff said the owner gave no permission to change the hot garbage. I don’t need Republican sauce on my sub. Never returning again.
