One worker who ignored me completely and proceeded to make the most painfully slow sandwich in a receipt. I waited 10mins for him to make this sandwich and throw it away after putting sauce on it….and started again..still without acknowledging me being there besides an annoyed look. I decided to leave as I had to get my kid to practice. I returned 20 mins later and went through drive thru this time. He was still rude and never said thank you or anything after I said hello and thanks for the bag. But the order was all wrong except for the meat and cheese. Between the rude Service that wait that wasn’t acknowledged and then the order being completely wrong .. I will not be returning to this establishment.

Huge shoutout to Subway for going above and beyond for our track and field team! They prepared over 25 subs for us — fresh, delicious, and perfectly packed for our athletes on the go. The staff was friendly, efficient, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. It’s not easy handling a large order like that, but they absolutely nailed it. We’re so grateful for their support and will definitely be back. Thank you, Subway, for fueling our team with great food and great service!

It’s just another subway. Prices are off there rocker. $1 an inch for most sandwiches. The staff is what makes this location. Over all would rate it a 85%.

We came here before with great service and food was fresh! The last time and this time the man won’t acknowledge us! Last time we waited 15 minutes and not even a hi, how are you, give me one second! So we left! This time same thing, but we didn’t give him a chance to make us stand there for 15 minutes. Just very horrible customer service!

I like to stop here on my way to prairie oaks metropark. They have single stall bathrooms and are always very clean! I also like to pick up slices of pizza on my way out. Try the volcano water. It’s extremely refreshing.
