This is the second time this has happened at this location. Order in the app to pick up after work, ask for mayo and vinegar and oil and not one once on my sandwiches….I don’t want to get in my car and drive back, just to have them slap on some condiments, waste of my time and gas. But come on, am I going to have to unwrap it there every time I order online to make sure it’s correct?

We went for a quick bite and Sam was there! She was very nice and very fast! My little girl love that she asked her what she wanted and if she wanted her sub heated. We love the service we got from her!

I ordered 2 footlongs online and a pizza got home and it was a footlong, a pizza, and a SIX INCH. So I went back in to have it fixed because i understand mistakes happen, but the girl working meats, Trisha I think her name was, coped the biggest attitude with me all because I asked if she could just remake the whole thing since it had been sitting a while and was cold and gross by this point. She was all huffy and just all around not a nice person and I was trying to be as nice as I could. Said I understood that it has been a long night but there was no need to get an attitude with me like she was and her response was “this isn’t attitude I can give you attitude if you want” the whole experience makes me want to just drive to Mount Vernon next time I want subway because her behavior was ridiculous. I also work food, I get the struggle, but never have I been so rude and uncaring to my costumers.

Food quality wasn’t great. The girl working seemed annoyed by me being there and being a customer. Rushed through putting together a half-hearted sandwich that tasted about as exciting as it looked (Which wasn’t very.) I wouldn’t recommend stopping at this location as there are much better locations not surper far from here. However, if you’re really craving a “‘So So’ Subway experience” this is definitely the place for you!

I just took my mom to subway and the young lady checking us out was wonderful. She has the kindness heart and was so very caring to my mom. She even wrapped each half separately and wrote Mom on each so could get her half out to eat when ready.

This Subway inside the Bell store in fredericktown is a great place to have a few bites to eat. It has a really good vibe being any small town although it stays really fairly busy The service was great very speedy. May I recommend the BLT on flatbread it is delicious! Thanks guys

For a Subway attached to a gas station it’s quite good. The new ghost pepper bread is on point. The two servers were very good. I liked the tables they had inside as well.

This is a Subway located in a gas station convenience store. There are two tables that are always occupied by the same group of good ol’ boys that sit and drink coffee for hours. This is fine as I prefer to not eat in a gas station. The food is always good. Some of the employees are a little rude but in a nice way.
