I only went to this restaraunt because i was in mt.vernon used the app and orderd 2 foorlong blt subs for some reason it sent me to the sandusky st fredricktown i was going to danville so quite a ways out of the way for 2 subs however they cost 30 dollars get to danville and thought gonna be a good 1 bread was hard as a rock i called the next morning talked to a young lady who said she was acting mngr.and would talk to her mngr ok waited for several days called again no one answered called everyday no answer drove there and the staff was very rude and i said well i still need to order dinner and the girl turned and walked away like she didnt hear me and the boy was working on a sub for the person behind me subway used to be my fav place to eat however the staff at the 95/71 exit were excellant and was in a terriffic mood that store is amazing,fredricktown never againI would eat gas station sushi first

Employee today on veggie section was making subs with her long fake black fingernails poking out of her gloves touching everyone’s food and all of the vegetables. It was evident that she had not changed her gloves and had many many subs with her gloves soiled and long black fingernails contaminating all the food.

Love it! It is always amazing. Nice service. The lady that served me was focused on geting my order right and put effort in to it which I rarely see anywhere else and she was the nicest person ever. They where fast and got my 4 subs done quickly along with my wrap. Truly great experience

I called to order 10 subs almost 5 hours before needing to pick them up. Initially the worker was helpful but then another individual (perhaps a manager?) got on the line & very rudely told me that it was far too large an order & that I needed to give them 24hrs notice. I then questioned if I brought 10 folks into the store & needed to buy subs for all of them, would I be refused service? She said ‘yes’ & said that they had 25 people in line (this was a lie as I was driving past the store at the time) & that they could not possibly accommodate my order. Very unprofessional. I contacted another local store that was happy to gain my business.

So let me get this straight, I can submit a mobile order while 3 people are standing behind the counter talking, not working, and not taking orders. But when I ask about my order it will be 20 minutes and they act indignant about my questioning over 2 sandwiches.

I like the subs and the people but whenever I get mobile orders the bread is switched around. I usually get Italian herbs and cheese and it’s just not the same with a different bread 🙁

Went through the drive though, and I guess they think that since you cant see them they can skimp on meat. My wrap had about 1/3 of the meat it normally does and was mostly lettuce.
