First time at this location and I can honestly express my delight. The gentleman who was working in there today was extremely pleasant to be around and I noticed he either knew he customers or made an effort to get to know you in a non-evasive manner. All while making your order quick and efficiently. I say you should stop in and say hi whenever you’re craving a good sandwich and a delightful experience!

Horrible customer service. Person behind counter which I assume was owner or related to owner of that franchise served me a monster sub, you know the big one with a lot of meat cheese and green peppers? Ya well I opened it and I went back in store( I ordered online) asked him where’s the monster in this? There’s barely any meat or veggies except the lettuce and tomatoes I added. Pics included. He said he used right scoop. A small circle one, which by the way isn’t right scoop unless you want to cheat the guests. Won’t be a guest here again and I suggest you don’t either!

Let me begin by saying we’ve been going to this Subway for years and almost never had an issue. This is the cleanest Subway I’ve ever been to and the owner gives exceptional service and is very detailed when making subs. This is the second time I’ve had horrible service by the new associate. The first time he was talking on the phone through a wireless earpiece while waiting on me and others. This time my wife and I ordered and were asked if it was for here or to go. We decided to eat in the dinning room but was then told he already close the dinning room. The store doesn’t close until 8pm. Message to the owner, get a new associate or he’ll drive your business away.

Younger male working there was extremely rude. He hardly put any toppings on our subs. I asked for my cup & he handed it to me with no lid or straw I patently waiting to ask for a lid & straw the young man saw me, but let two others go ahead of me. Honestly I will not return to this store. If anyone wants quality subway go to the one on HW23 by wal-mart.

This Subway is great for the food, no so much for the service. I couldn’t understand what one woman was saying and I tried to be polite and have her repeat but she kept mumbling then got mad and pointed…Didn’t know where she was pointing then finally realized she was telling me the price after her getting an attitude and rolling her eyes. She had a heavy accent which wasn’t a problem until she stopped speaking loudly and clearly. They also are kind of rude if you repeat your toppings because they like to put them on in a certain order and you aren’t sure if they heard you…just put them on there, I don’t need it to be pretty, I’m hungry. Other than the occaisonal attitude this place isn’t too bad considering it isn’t usually busy which is always nice.

Only had two bread choices. They rationed the toppings like an atomic bomb had been dropped and we could not grow crops for the next decade. I thought no big deal because I had coupons so it would be cheap. WRONG! They don’t take coupons. Will NEVER go to this Subway again. Unless it’s the only surviving restaurant after the aforementioned nuclear disaster.
