Definitely lacking meats on the sandwich. One week the bread is stale and this week lacking meat. Needs to be more consistent with area locations . Didn’t even have bags to place the three sandwiches in. Very Disappointed

We got three Italian meat subs and really enjoyed them. Had fun ordering and she made them just right. The subs were the special for the day so it saved a little as well.

The food wasn’t the best. The bread was way too hard, they put way too much sauce on it, and not enough of everything else. They also put my cookies under the heated subs in the bag which in turn melted the chocolate in the cookies leaving a big mess.

My husband is hard of hearing. He was in an oil tank explosion accident. When he ask the snot nosed girl at the drive thru to speak up, she started screaming at him. He definitely can’t hear screeching. She was rude and inconsiderate. We will not be back. Very unprofessional! People have gone pure evil!

I have habitually ordered a chicken salad sandwich . There was sparse chicken salad. Usually a third of the bread was meatless . I started ordering double meat and paying for it note pickup. I just got home after paying extra for meat once again and have hardly any meat at all. My last trip to Dohoney Trace Subway!

It’s maybe not convenient to keep fresh lettuce (as in not turning brown a little) in their container but it is easy. Today the lettuce was starting to turn brown just a little, not where it’s inedible just not particularly appetizing.

This guy named Jacob was making my food I told him I wanted a salad with rotisserie chicken he starts making my bowl and started with the veggies then he asked me what meat I wanted I said rotisserie chicken he doesn’t heat the meat up at all and throws it on my salad I said I wanted the meat heated and he scraps off the meat and trees it in the heater. Ik your not supposed to put unheated meat on the food unless it’s cold cut because I used to work at a subway and that was a big no no. He then proceeded to put more sauce and dint even heat up my cheese after slapping it on. We went to ring up and instead of putting me down as a salad with rc he puts it as a power bowl. This is NOT great service at all.

Waited around near the cash register for someone to come out, saw the male worker over next to the Pokémon cards in Walmart. He went in the back and grabbed a female worker. This female worker, I assume, was new and did not know how to make the item I ordered, so she asked the male worker to walk her through the process. I had asked for the meat to be heated, the male worker instructed the female worker to put the meat in a silicon container to heat up in the oven/heater for maybe 10 seconds then pulled it out to make the item I ordered. When I bit into the food it was very VERY cold, but I figured it’d be a waste of time to see if they had a microwave to nuke it to being at least halfway warm. ALSO, they upcharged the item I ordered by two and a half dollars, along with the charge to make it a combo. I confirmed on subways online order process that the item should have only been 9.99 but ended up getting charged 12.59 plus an additional 3.29 to make it a combo. I would not recommend anyone to eat here, but thankfully this location is being removed from Walmart during their next remodel.

Always greeted with a smile, always has my online order ready and waiting and always has it right! I have always observed their establishment to be clean, the food to be fresh and the employees pleasant and good at their job. One of the ladies always makes a point of greeting talking to my son. Pleasant experience and a favorite quick lunch! Thank you!
