I ordered two qty, meatball, footlong subs, about three weeks ago. Apparently, they can’t pull it off. I ordered on the app for pickup. The store was out of prepared Meatballs, and was forbidden to prepare any more after 5pm. We typically eat around 7pm. 3 hrs before close, and I think, a reasonable hour to eat. We occasionally call to see if there are enough ready for two footlongs. No joy. And there is no place on the app OR the website to get a refund. So, SUBWAY service SUCKS. The employees at the store are nice, but can’t risk their jobs. I realize it’s the owners fault. Just too tight to allow even a few to be discarded. How about a way to prepare them on demand like the cold cuts?

Online says closing at 9, we got there at 7:40. We drove 30 mins and this isn’t the first time they are always closed when they aren’t supposed to be, plus everyone in there doesn’t know how to do their job and they are super slow. It’s always dirty especially the bathroom and the windows.

I specifically asked if I have to order through the app to use my $2 reward and was told “no, we can just scan it”. Come to find out we did have to order through the app to use the reward. And then the employees acted like I did something wrong. I told them in the future of some one asks that question to be sure that you give them the correct answer!!!

It says they are open until 10 but when me and my husband just tried to go there at 9:30 they told us they were closed and refused service even though they were just standing around doing nothing. They wernt even actually closing the place yet. They were just being lazy and didnt want to work. How is it okay for them to refuse service just because they dont want to work.

Messed up all three of my sandwiches, when I tried to get it replaced I was told to wait until the next day and bring my sandwiches and receipt to the manager to be remade. THE NEXT DAY. Am I just supposed to hold on to three soggy, gross footlongs???

The food was great, but the heart of the young man that served us on Friday afternoon was amazing. A homeless man came in with another customer who was buying him lunch. The sandwich artist went in back and gave the man his own shirt so he could be served inside, then he went into his own wallet and gave him enough money to go to walmart to get a pair of shoes, as the gent only had scraps tied to his feet to keep them from burning on the pavement. It was 96°-105° that day.
