This is the better Subway in Hardin county. They take the rewards, coupons, etc and they make your sub correctly. Very polite especially the GM – Cassandra. I walked in today and she greeted me right away. Caleb made my sandwich perfect and Griffin who is training stepped up and did a great job grabbing customers and helping the drive thru. I will make the drive from Radcliff just to go here.

And she didn’t burn our sandwich like it almost always is with anyone else. She toasted them at the same time to prevent this. I feel like she went above and beyond to make us the best sandwich.

This is one of the best subways I have ever been to! This subway is the cleanest subway’s I have ever walked in and the customer service is amazing! I was there a month an half ago and Meghan made me a turkey footlong and was toasted just to where I like it without it being burnt like other subway’s and she absolutely nailed it! It was so delicious and Meghan is so welcoming and very polite the best customer service I have ever received from any subway and hands down to the cleanest and well maintained subway I have ever stepped foot in! Love this subway so much will most definitely be back! Thank you so much again Meghan for making my sandwich to the way I like it and being very polite, respectful, and welcoming! Keep up the great work Subway!

Worst ever, bread was hard and dry and broke couldn’t eat it, cheese was hard and dry. Veggies was good but everything else was bad. I had it delivered up at work and tried to call them and find out what was up with that cause it was 27.00 for a blt 12inch meal and they didn’t pick up the phone I tried calling 8 times. Guess I’ll be calling in morning since they won’t answer

We went at 8:00 PM on 9/19 and the service was phenomenal!! The guy making our sandwiches was super super polite! And the lady who rang us up was awesome as well. 10/10 for customer service and preparing our food!! Will be back!

I went to this location on Tuesday December 10th around 130 for lunch. I got home and started to eat. My chips were unbelievably stale. I looked at the expiration date and was given expired chips. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times to rectify the situation. No answer. So I used the “contact us” on the subway website. The district manager didn’t even try to make it right. I will not be back if serving outdated food is okay with this company.

Amazing Subway! Such a good experience with this location. Happened to be driving through on a trip from Florida to Michigan, wanted some Subway so stopped here off I-65. Just so happened to be the afternoon they had a Santa in-restaurant for the kids. Very festive, whole store was decked out in Christmas decor, was an amazing atmosphere. Service was great and I genuinely enjoyed this store!

Sunday, October 5 at 4:50. It was our clean day, and the food planned for dinner did not thaw. So we decided on getting subway. We have gone inside and got our food, and always got exactly what we wanted. I ordered on the app this time, so my husband could just go and pick up. My sandwich was prepared right , but not toasted as I asked. My husband’s sandwich did not have any of the right veggies on it. It had veggies on it he hates. No mayo, mustard as he asked for, but had some kind of hot sauce on it! His also was not toasted as asked for. When I called to talk to manager, she was not in. You have one job, make a sandwich the way customer asked for it. It is so freaking wrong to be worned out from cleaning, go pick up dinner and pay a small fortune for 2 sandwiches, just to have sandwiches not prepared properly as asked for. My husband could not eat his because wrong veggies and covered in hot sauce. Maybe you think it’s funny to make a crazy sandwich or just don’t care. Money is tight for everyone. You should get what you asked and paid for. You get paid to make sandwiches, it is your freaking job! Please take pride in your work, and stop ruining other people’s day and wasting their money.

Asked for spinach wrap and was told they were out of them. Cashier at drive-thru suggested the tomato basil wrap. I asked if it came in a footlong (since the wrap only showed calories for one size) and was told it only came in footlong size. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese footlong (for breakfast & lunch) and when it was handed thru the window you could immediately tell it was not a footlong sandwich. I again asked the cashier to confirm it was a footlong and she stated again that the wraps only come in footlong. I paid the $9.39 and drove home. Upon taking the wrap from the bag I was VERY disappointed when I realized it was no where near a footlong sandwich…barely over 6 inches! (SEE PICS).
Please be forewarned that if you are ordering a footlong wrap and expecting it to be anywhere near the size of a regular footlong you will be sadly disappointed!

Megan and neisha make you feel welcome, and want to make sure your order is perfect before you leave. I felt like I was talking to a friend, not a service worker. And the food, it was the best subway I’ve ever had. And I used to work for subway! 100/100 stars for these girls!
