Picked up a BMT on the way through town. I think the communication and training wasn’t good. There were some odd things about the build of the Sub I received. Cheese was put on first below the meat. Cheese and meat were put centered on the opening of the bread so when folded over(closed), it kicked out most of the toppings that were added later. It was toasted, but not really. The cheese and meat were still cold. The toppings went on nicely, sitting on top like it was supposed to be that way, but then when it was folded over most of those toppings went on the counter and in the trash. I told the young man to just leave it open, but he closed it anyway. The sub was a dud because we expect so much more. Communication was not a positive during our visit. I am sure the other customers there had a similar experience from their actions. It wasn’t the quality of the food ingredients that was bad, it was that communication and build that were clearly unacceptable. Rather than enjoying to the last bite wishing there was more, I felt like I was eating only out of necessity.

This is a horrible subway. This place is closed every other day at 5:00-6:00 pm. What a joke. They even closed the day BEFORE we are suppose to get snow and is the only place in Henderson thats closed its bad enough they have rude employees like the girl with the black hair, i guess shes the “manager” rudest employee ive ever seen. Don’t even bother wasting the drive here, seriously there closed every other day. Go to Jersey Mikes or the subway on 41 both are far better customer service wise anyway. The review below mine is spot on to. These people don’t even open the bread all the way. They just slop stuff on there and its falling out the bread lol . This place needs to clean house with employees and management or shut the doors for good. They even have there open till 10:00 pm lol that haven’t been open 4 different times ive went at 6:00

The food is always good but they messed up on my sub and put it on my husbands and didn’t even bother to remake his. So make sure your paying attention what going on what. Cause I had no idea until it was to late :/

Stopped in to grab a quick bite to eat on the way back home from taking our grandson home so we decided to stop by this particular Subway and as usual STAFF was VERY FRIENDLY acknowledged us the moment we walked in the door which doesn’t happen very often ordered our food and noticed that when the young man was making my wife’s sandwich he had put Chipotle sauce on it instead of BBQ sauce and he had realized it before we did and had apologized for his mistake and promptly started to remake my wife’s sandwich the only reason that we didn’t give 5 stars was #1 the cup lids and straws are right next to the register which we didn’t notice until we went to get our drinks which the restaurant is kind of small compared to some of the other Subways we have been to and #2 were not really sure if the heat was broke or just not turned on but it was VERY cold inside while we sat and ate our sandwiches and heard a couple of other people complain to each other about it being cold in there as well but we won’t let that little inconvenience stop us from stopping in again the next time we’re in town

I mean what can you say, subway is about the same every where you go. The service in Henderson at the locations that we visit is always quick. The food is the exact same every time, so they’re obviously doing it right. So if you’re looking for a sandwich and you’ve ever had subway before you’re going to get exactly what you’re expecting. Or if you’ve never had subway, which I’m not sure who out there has not, then stop by and get you a sandwich.

I went through drive through last night and ordered a subway club and I didn’t ask for mayonnaise. I called about getting a refund….needless to say, I’m having a hard time getting a refund or replacement. I’m being told that they need to call the area manager and the cameras have to be checked to see if the sandwich was made incorrectly. I have a photo and a receipt. I never had to do anything like that when I used to work there and open the store, or any other Subway that I’ve worked at for that matter. I had already had a long day from being at the hospital with my mother all day and that should be one of the last things that I need to be worried about right now.

Horrible experience so not go here if you care about your health steak was fully cooked I thought began eating and tasted fine till the last id say 1/4 of the sandwhich was extremely undercooked since I have eaten I have been nothing but sick with food poisoning also people working the drive thru extremly rude will never take business here again

The manager Janelle I was told her name was but not sure. Very poor attitude and gave me a death stare like she wanted to fight because I parked my truck and trailer in her parking lot. I’ve been eating here for the past 3 years with the same truck and trailer. I will not eat at this location again until she is fired. PS someone spit on her car on the way out. She needs to take Jared’s advice and eat Subway herself how pathetic to have someone looking so nasty and poor attitude manage this facility

After reading other reviews I will be refraining from eating at this establishment till Janelle is demoted,fired,or resigned. Also I didn’t see a no truck and trailer park sign??? So I believe that the manger Janelle could really use some better people skills.!!!!!
