No napkins no straw offered. When my friend asked for napkins and straw the guy behind the counter was very rude. He stormed across the store and snatched napkins out of the gas station container. He then balled them up in his hands and threw them on the counter.

I visited here while in Dawson Springs doing recovery work as a volunteer for the victims of the devastating tornado that tore the area up. While I was there I was thankful to have a place to rest, relax and enjoy a meal. The staff there while sometimes very busy were still attentive to every customer that came in. There was always fresh coffee and snacks readily available. The store was clean and well stocked. I appreciate everyone that worked there for staying on top of everything. If your in the Dawson Springs area this gas station is right off the Western Ky Parkway. Stop in and grab a cold beverage and a snack!!

Went in there for 2 sandwiches and as we were waiting an internet order comes in. The workers helped the whole line ahead of us and told us we had to wait till they made 13 sandwiches even though I’ve been waiting in-line. I will never go back there again. Worst experience ever with any subway. Ridiculous. ;p you know who you are.

Subway was subway. Fast service, sorta hot food and super thick bread. I rarely get my ems discount and I only eat here at work so I have my uniform on. I’m not mad just be consistent with it. But as I said earlier, subway is subway.
