I have been to this location a handful of times. I had the pleasure of visiting this store yesterday (11/5/25) afternoon and had a pleasant experience. I’m forgot her name – Lori? Terri?, either way, she was friendly, worked quickly, and made me feel welcome. She even let me know about the upcoming menu changes featuring the (Thanksgiving) seasonal sandwhich options. Thank you. I look forward to visiting again. The sub was fantastic!

Paid same for 2 sub par wraps as I did for 2 full meals and tips at Cheddars just the day before. They discontinued flat bread and now will not heat anything but the meat. Subway has officially lost my business for good.

Second Friday in a roll they messed up my order. Was supposed to receive vouchers in the mail never have. The red hair lady tried telling me my sandwich was correct when it wasn’t. She never even apologized. Maybe time for new management. Also does no one ever answer the phone?

Gave me a turkey sandwich instead of ham, when I called about it she said they would take my name and replace it. That was like 2 weeks ago and Ive called twice today to ask about it and they’re denying a replacement. Do better Subway.

Went for lunch today. Redheaded girl working was EXTREMELY RUDE. Slamming things around, snotty & generally acted like she had somewhere else to be. I almost thought about walking out, but was trying to get lunch for my husband (who was on break), so I stayed. No offer to heat ot toast my sandwich. Club sandwich was on wrong bread, & was cold. Next time I want to spend $42 for 3 sandwiches, I’ll go somewhere else. I won’t be back. Would rate a zero, but option not available.

Not trying to be a problem, however this is getting out of hand. It’s is the third of fourth time I’ve ordered and came through here and I’ve had bad service and food wasn’t made right. This time I ordered a personal pizza and a sub bowl. The sub bowl was supposed to have three types of meats in it and we only received ham. I asked for double and received like 2 pieces of ham. The pizza had no cheese with two pepperonis on it. Not to mention it’s as hard as a rock. One of these times I went back and I was greeted by the manager and was spoken too like I was a toddler. If I was you, I would make a trip to one of the other ones in Owensboro.
