The company seems to be out of touch with its core mission. It not the same like way back in 2003. Presentation is not to standard. Standards and Hygiene for me is a potential concern. I implore head office to perform Audit inspections across to Continental USA. It can be much better. Until then I will be visiting everywhere.

I had a really good experience at this subway. The employees were really friendly and my food was made quickly and accurately. also it was really delicious! I normally don’t like most subways service, but this one was definitely the exception and I will totally come back..

I have a complaint on one of your employees. There was a young girl with short colored hair (17-18 y/o) and woman (40s). The young girl was crying when I got in there. The young girl appeared to be doing the most. The young girl asked nicely what needed to go on the sandwich the woman left on the count. The woman raised her voice and said “it’s burnt, don’t talk to me like that”. Then disappeared to the back for 5 minutes just the grab one thing. Clearly that wasn’t the first time the young had been yelled at. The woman left that girl up front to finish my order get the window and the lady behind me. I didn’t see their names but I think the woman needs to be wrote up, or fired, or demoted if she’s closing manager. I get its stressful when you’re the only two in there. But the woman should’ve worked with the girl as a team. Took alot for me not to yell at her. 7/30/2023 around 7pm

Dude asked for a tip, so I replied throw this cup away, and I’ll tip. Thought maybe I might get extra service since this is the first time they mentioned having tips. So anyway, it was the least amount of tuna I have ever received on a foot long on wheat with cheese only. Maybe 3 scoops total spread super thin. My mistake for not immediately checking, but I gave the benefit of the doubt to someone asking for a tip. You should give back that 20%. Amazing the sandwich combo price has gone up almost seven dollars since 94, but the wage hasn’t .

Out of the last 6 trips 5 of them have been horrible. They ask if I wanted my sandwich heated or toasted and I tell them heated and they tell me since I ordered a meatball that the meatballs are already hot. Yes we know that, who serves cold meatballs, but I explain that I like the bread to be warm as well and every time I go it seems to be an issue. If it’s such an issue then don’t even ask. I’ll stick with Southtown and Frederica location
