This subway wouldn’t honor a coupon buy one get one free. False advertisement. I don’t care to spend money to eat but sometimes good to save a few bucks epically this hight dollar tax on restaurants we pay in Morgantown ky. It’s all good this shop local is dieing going to start taking my money to Bowling Green. Don’t send coupons out if you not going to honor them False Advertisement.

While traveling we stopped at the subway in Morgantown Kentucky. I had to use the restrom and gelt obligated to purchase a bottle of Dasani water. The man at the counter stated that would be $4.50. I told him that was a ridiculous price for a bottle of water and put the water back in the cooler. When we got back on the road I called and talked to McKenna and asked her about how much their water cost. She informed me that it was $2.19. People need to know what type of establishment they’re dealing with. We are an elderly couple that stopped to use the restroom and out of respect wanted to buy something for being able to have that privilege. The Man at the counter was wrong and what he did by overcharging for something that did not cost that much. I assume it’s because I used their bathroom. McKenna said she would notify the owner and they would call me back which has not happened. Buyers beware.

While traveling I stopped at the Morgantown Subway so my wife used the restroom. She felt obligated to buy something so she picked up a bottle of Dasani water. But she got to the counter the man told her that the water was she told him that was a ridiculous price of put the water back into the cooler. And we got back on the road she called the same subway and a lady named McKenna answer the phone and when asked how much Dasani water was she said $2.19 before tax. My wife explained to her that she had just been charged $4.50 and return the item back to the cooler McKenna told us that she would give the message to the owner of the franchise and he would be giving me a call back which we have not received. This is the type of establishment people should not do business with because they take advantage of the elderly and practice bad entrepreneurial habits

They say that they don’t accept coupons, but their website, for the Morgantown location, says they are participating with coupons. The service was not good, the counter was dirty, they used old knifes, and they overcharged me for two Footlong sandwiches and a large drink, and I know this because I looked at the prices online (including the tax) and it was 5 dollars less than what they charged me. I used to work at a Subway, for two years, and we were friendly to customers, didn’t overcharge people, accepted coupons, and kept the place spotless! We cleaned the counters and used a new knife after every customer. I will not be going back to this subway, just wanted to make other customers aware. Go to Ohio County Subway, they accept coupons, they’re clean, and friendly!

This location is not honoring coupons I was told only corporate owned locations honor coupons but Subway does not own any store they are all franchise. Meaning they have to honor all coupons I reported this location to corporate offices. They must honor coupons and operate as a corporate location. Without coupons subway isn’t worth the price there is nothing special about there sandwiches to pay that much.

Stopped in for dinner at 815 this Friday evening. Was told they couldn’t toast any sandwiches cuz they turned the oven off and needs 45 min to cool. While trying to order a sandwich the one guy kept saying huh? Which if he took out his damn ear buds he could’ve actually heard me. Finally got sandwich made and then proceeded to wipe knife off on the wrapper which is now all over my sandwich. As we left with only 1 sandwich instead of 3 they proceeded to turn off open sign even though they close at 9pm. Not sure who owns or manages this subway but will not being going back.
