I’ve lived in Hoptown since I was 7 and I’m 20 years old now. This has always been my go-to location for subway in the area, whether doordashing delivery, pickup, or ordering in store, I am always extremely satisfied with the freshness of my meal as well as how quickly the kind lovely staff makes it for me. Nothing less than the best I am always greeted by the familiar faces I’ve seen since I was a little girl. You can always come here expecting a nice lunch or dinner no matter what the day of the week. I think a lot of the reviews here are based on racism given that the owners are Indian but they’ve been nothing less than kind and grateful for my business

Not coming here again! I was charged for a full sub when I only got a wrap with the amount of toppings for a 6 inch sub. All fountain drink machines out of commission. Very poor service and a total rip off!!

It has good choices and I would recommend it, to friends family. They are clean. Iv never had to wait a long wait for my food. Things have been fresh, but it would help if non high school kids worked in the back instead of the front. They need to learn to be more professional.

Last time I will go here. You better check your receipt, but honestly it won’t matter because even if they charge you a different price than what is listed on menu, the boss lady will make an excuse about price going up and will not change it. This location does not accept any coupons or honor some commercially advertised promotions. Not sure how the owner/management is able to do that, but I do know there’s nothing the staff can do but apologize for it.

I went here tonight with my fiance, and we ordered two sandwiches. The girl bagged them up and kept looking at the clock, saying she gets off at 8:30pm and “as soon as it turns 8:30, I’m gone” She didn’t ring us up just sat our bag down, said “y’all enjoy your sandwiches,” and then she just left! Worst customer service I’ve ever had. It would have only taken a couple of minutes to ring us up. The other lady was helping two other customers and she looked like she was used to it….probably not the first time this has happened. The sandwiches were amazing, but the customer service was unacceptable!. All I can say is Wow!!!

HORRIBLE service! Manager started complaining about other customers when I came in. Was on the phone the whole time . On the phone, calling the customers that “haven’t shown up for their order yet” instead of dealing the two customers in front of her. When I asked for more of something she would act mad about it. I was nice about asking for more (even apologizing) and she acted like I was a problem. She had to no respect, no manners and I don’t recommend this subway to anyone. I will never go there again!! Go to another location.
