Every time I order there they ALWAYS mess our order up. The owner doesn’t seem to know how to read the orders on the receipts. One sandwich was supposed to be just meat and cheese and she attempted to add a bunch of vegetables until I told her not to. I also ordered the meatball PEPPERONI sub but when we got it there were no pepperonis. And it was so messy with sauce and thrown together that it got everywhere. I usually skip going there because of the same mistakes but my son wanted it today so I thought why not. I guess that’s why not. Will not be returning.

The girl making my sandwiches acted like she hated it there. I used to be able to go in the Subway and get a sandwich with decent portions on vegetables nowadays we’re lucky if we get four tomatoes and that doesn’t even cover the sandwich increase the price by a dollar and make a decent sandwich

Do not trust the Subway app for when your order is ready. It will say it’s ready to be picked up only for you to get there and wait another 20 minutes for it to actually be ready. Happens every time.

The new crew was rude as hell and literally for no reason. Got smart with my wife about a coupon and when they realized they were actually wrong in every way, was STILL rude to her and kept saying what they was wrong about.. you’d think at their age, they’d know how to speak to someone with respect. Especially a customer. Was the older African American women and the heavier African American women that was acting beyond disrespectful. The younger light skinned African American was the one that corrected the older ones. She was actually really nice. The others however, we’re awful enough that our 3 visits there per week are now none at all… They literally put enough meat and toppings to decently cover less then half a 6inch sub… I’m so not kidding either isn’t close to being worth the money now… My 50 lb 5 yr old was able to eat a whole foot long and she was still hungry… Smh

I’m going to give it a 2 star because the food is always good and normally the staff is very friendly. I had to go in tonight because no one would answer the phone. Once I got in the store and said hello the young men didn’t even respond, just looked at me and then tried to decide which one was going to make the sandwich. I ordered a sandwich for the other Todd County dispatcher and told them exactly how she wanted it made said double toasted and when she opened the sandwich it wasn’t double toasted, they missed the bacon and the flatbread was soft. I was shocked at how rude the young man was.

Would have more stars since I love subway in general.. but this specific subway has been a constant disappointment. My husband orders the same thing every time and they NEVER put the double meat it’s supposed to have even when they’re reminded. I literally have to tell them multiple times. Even my sandwich can be eaten by my 6 yr old all by herself and she would still be hungry. She weighs 50 lbs and is 4″2… There’s no consistency at all. Wraps are a complete mess that can’t be eaten without falling apart, and for some reason the prices are always different when we dont add or change a single thing. Lived here 4 yrs and only twice has it been acceptable.

I like that this Subway location is so close to home, about 6 or 7 minutes away. I liked the way the store was before they remodeled, but it is what it is. The girls that take my order are usually always sweet and quick. My husband and I usually go get food anywhere between 6pm-8pm.

I absolutely love this location! I’ve been coming here for years now, and the staff members have always been welcoming and friendly. They do a great job of maintaining fresh products, and this is probably the cleanest place to eat in town!
