I would not recommend this Subway to anybody the bathrooms are filthy and dirty no soap or paper towels, the owners are responsible for the service, the kids at work there try but they don’t have much to work with.

GO TO BOWLING GREEN OR FRANKLIN! I ordered here and asked for extra veggies on everything, and got 6 small tomatoes on a foot long, 5 little things of green pepper… not normal size small. When I asked for more they said it’s a flat bread we can’t do more.. While all the other subways will give me a garden on my sandwiches (even on flat bread) this gives me a sliver… the man then got smart with me… I do think he’s the owner… they also didn’t heat it till it beeped)! I will not be returning! The one shown first is there’s vs ones near here!!! The ones near here or double the size…

Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I’ve been there twice and will not be going back. The lady is very unfriendly and rushes you thru the line, barely puts any meat on ur sandwich and is rude. Their salad is not worth 9.00. You get very little veggies. I do not recommend going to this subway.

Always fast and friendly. It’s also nice that they keep the place clean. I have been several times and each time the food has been good and very fresh. Only thing I can complain about is the fountain machine seems to always be out of what I want, but there are several options that will satisfy most people.

Do not ask for every veggie because they will add a full head of lettuce on it and then complain that you asked for too many when it can’t be closed. Have ordered from here a solid 15-20 times since we moved in late June and never had someone so rude like that. No reason to be like that to your customers especially being in such a small close knit community. Never again

The entire time of living in Scottsville..every single time I order online from here, they have never gotten an order right. I do not know why I even go back. They don’t put half the stuff on there or they skim. Order “more” on anything will get you up to the minimum to cover the sandwich. The most disappointing place to get food. Waste of money. Literally angry enough to even write a review. Save your money and save your mental from the frustration you will get from a messed up order.

Not the best subway in the world, unfortunately the only one we have here. The food is ok. But they WILL NOT heat the sandwiches. They put them in the toaster, but evidently theirs is turned way down, because my sandwiches that I order extra toasted still seem to come out cold.

I don’t eat anything from any subways anymore, it’s been many years. The food quality has deteriated along with the size of them and ofcourse deli meat is the worse socalled meat you can eat, carcinogenic. The oil they use here is canola/socalled vegetable and they say it’s olive oil LOL! The tuna was only thing I used to get until I found out it wasn’t really tuna and ofcourse packed with mayo filled with soybean oil-YUCK.
I buy for someone else here and feel bad about it.
