I used to stop coming to the Subway at 801 N Main St, but ever since the new management and ownership stepped in, this place has completely turned around—and I’m so glad I gave it another chance. The atmosphere is cleaner, friendlier, and way more inviting.
Tessa, the manager, is honestly the reason I keep coming back. She has such a calm and professional presence, and you can tell she truly cares about what she’s doing. I ordered four sandwiches, and she made each one with such care, patience, and cleanliness—it really stood out. In a busy environment, she stayed calm, focused, and made sure everything was just right.Tessa is the kind of manager every store needs. You can see her leadership in the way the store runs and how happy the team seems to work under her. Because of her, this Subway has become one of my favorites again. Don’t ever order subway for pickup at this location because i chose the wrong location by accident when ordering. When i called and told them that we lived too far away to pick up (Because wrong location was chosen) they said they won’t refund our order. They lie and say call customer service but they don’t have a customer service number.. it’s a gift card line and hangs up. They’ll keep your money and eat/throw your food in the trash.

I pass up a Subway in order to come to this Subway for lunch. This is the BEST Subway in my area of Bowling Green and Franklin, KY. The staff is always nice and curteous. The Manager is the sweetest person you can ever meet. She is gorgeous too!
