Subway 5 stars! Why? Because if you order a steak and cheese in the Food Court at Greenwood Mall, this is what you get! Mmmm..spinach, cheese and shards of steak that look like they were scraped out of the dump tray under the bar!
Maybe we ordered the ‘hint of steak taste’ sammich instead. My bad!

Buying a meal, footlong, drink, and chips. They will not give you a re-fil on drink. Especially important when they load the cup fully with ice, there isn’t much space left for drink.

The sub roll was hard and stale. The tomatoes that one got on their sub in a bowl was what you’d normally throw away which was the ends. No understanding between the counter help and the customer. The meat and cheese were just ok on ones Philly sub

Ordered a sandwich online today. Destiny, the employee couldn’t find my order. I showed her, that I already paid for it. She wasn’t able to make my sandwich nor issue me a refund. I lost my $2 rewards and my $1 discount. Had to order a new one. The whole situation took me 28 minutes. I only have a 30 minute lunch break. Not satisfied with this location . They all want to earn the big bucks but are incompetent in their job and customer service

Food poisoning!! Do not eat here! I have reported this location to the health department. I thought the food looked dry and not fresh (on a Saturday), especially the meats. The turkey was the only one that looked decent, and there was a line, so I convinced myself that it should be safe if other people were eating here. WRONG. The food tasted off, and I only ate three bites. My dad, however, ate all of his (turkey on flatbread). He also said it tasted off but took the chance. Later that night, he vomited. My stomach was burning that night as well, but only eating 3 bites seemed to save me from severe illness. Shut this place down ASAP.

Would not recommend unless you have a death wish. You will probably get some sort of disease from this establishment and their unhygienic food handling practices. They basically served me the equivalent of the nasty patty from that one episode of Spongebob. Also, the sandwich artist rolled her eyes and snorted at my choice of ingredients. (Olives and cucumber and chicken breast and vinegar on Italian bread). 0 stars.

They do a great job of making your sandwich just the way you like it. They have great customer service!!
This is my favorite one in town!!
They did a customer appreciation day and offered $2 meals on Friday Jan. 4th what a huge blessing this was to our family.
I would recommend this Subway to everyone.
