Even though the doors were locked and drive through was only open and my truck overheats I still ended up getting Subway because the lady in the Drive-Thru was very polite her name was Emily I was able to get both of my footlongs with extra meat and extra cheese for $12 through the app I love using the app and I love this Subway they’re always polite friendly and upbeat

I have resorted to leaving reviews… quality food/service has become non existent. I won’t even be eating this veggie delight bc it has like 3 pieces of vegetables on a soggy piece of bread. Extra annoyed and hungry.

I had ordered doordash from here and the sandwiches had no meat and were awfully torn up. It was drenched in Chipotle sauce. It was terrible never ordering from here again.

During a BOGO event, I ordered the Monster and the Beast. The Beast was fine. The Monster was pathetic. I know they aren’t going to look like the picture on the site, but the sandwich had half the meat that it should have and the bacon was missing. I sent a complaint to corporate. The store owner, Michael Kelly, contacted me to tell me that I was wrong and shouldn’t be complaining since the sandwich was free. You better hope we never meet, Michael.

My friend was in the hospital & I went through the drive through Dec 19, 2024, to get her a sandwich. I ordered Turkey, cheese, lettuce and Mayo. Chips & water. The only thing they got right was chips & water. I didn’t open the sandwich bc I had been at the hospital. My friend told me the sandwich was only Cucumbers and Lettuce and Mayo. NO TURKEY OR CHEESE. I will never go there again.
The guy dropped my money on the ground. I called them on the 20th. No manager there but the employee said they’d leave her a msg & have her call me. Nope didn’t happen.
BTW. I didn’t order any cucumbers because they hurt her stomach. Everyone stop going there so they will go out of business. Several bad reviews on this Subway

Absolutely terrible experience. I tried to order a sandwich online but it went to the wrong store. I called not once, not twice, but three times trying to cancel the order and reorder it to the correct store. Nobody picked up the phone, and my card was still charged. The other store charged me 2 dollars more in person for the same sandwich that was online. When you submit a customer service request online it says to fill in all required fields when I have all fields filled which is extremely frustrating. I am now going through my bank to dispute the charge.

Worst customer service I have ever had and I am in my 50’s. Went and ordered a sandwich my card declined and I know what I have in the bank. Then I used my Sam’s plus credit card that has no balance on it and it declined. I used a coupon for my sandwich. I told her it had to be the machine. I owed $3.70 for a custom made sandwich for me that you throw away. That’s sad. The manager said she was not going to lose her job. It’s sad that the world has gotten this stupid.

As I post on all fast food places, subway is subway. They are all the same. The one near our house is, I believe, owned and mainly operated by folks that English is not their first language so sometimes communication can be difficult.
Do not bother with the footlong cookie or pretzel. Ours were not fresh.

After waiting 10 minutes at the drive thru speaker and finally placing the order for the #12 I get to the window and get asked what meat. It’s on your new menu that the employee obviously doesn’t know. They seemed confused so I changed to a cold cut and asked to make sure the employee had the toppings. She gets an attitude obviously couldn’t care less. Wasted nearly all of my lunch break just to end up eating at another restaurant. Won’t be back.

Hit or miss with this specific subway, sometimes out of a specific ingredient or bread, sometimes a bit of a slow wait in the drive thru just depends if you’re lucky
