Ok so, I do not do a lot of these types of reviews because I work retail and understand that things aren’t always the way the customer perceives them to be. However; I stopped at this Subway today and I cannot for the life of me explain what was going on. Again, maybe there’s a perfectly logical answer as to why the service was horrible but I’m not sure what it is other than to blame management or lack thereof. I sat in the drive thru for at least 20 minutes. Not “in line”. I was the only one there. I sat at the drive through box for that long. The kid answered after about 30 seconds and asks if I had a pick up order which I replied no. He said ok then, I’ll be with you in a minute. I waited for another 5 minutes or so before the kid came back to me and asked what I would like to order. I started telling him what I wanted and after everything I said he would say, “hold on a second “. This went on for so long… I thought I was being pranked. I made it through the first sandwich order eventually and the kid said please pull up. I told him that I had another sandwich.. and it was an ordeal. He asked me after figuring out how to reset his register or whatever happened, what my other sandwich was. I told him and here we go again with the , “hold on a second”. I was just flabbergasted at that point and drove off. I honestly try not to get upset with these young people that are trying to work but good lord. If it’s that bad someone needs to be there with them. I drove about 10 miles down the road since I was going that way anyway to another subway and was in and out of the drive thru with my food in about 3-5 minutes. (Please let management know that people aren’t waiting for 20+ minutes for a subway sandwich).

It looked very clean and empty so I just knew that I was going to get some fresh bread nope hard as rock.. sub was built poorly. Too much salt, pepper and vinegar. Bread was very very tuff. Over use of toppings when I clearly said lightly on everything..

With me the only one in there, they was worried about the drive thru and call in orders first. Took them 18 minutes to take my order. And the food was nasty. Update 9-28,29,30- 2025 had ir 3 days in a row and all 3 days the bread was hard and crusty.. need to go on and close this subway..

They need to have one adult there to keep things moving. I love that there are school kids willing to work, but they have trouble listening, space out, don’t think ahead and don’t know what to charge, etc. it would be beneficial to the restaurant and the young people to have someone there to keep them focused, model basic employment skills, and show them the ropes.

Ordered online and went to pick up 2 subs. Not only were they not even made and had to wait for that. Then they didn’t even heat up the meat or toast the sub… I can make a cold sandwich..

They are always the slowest, The orders are normally right, But when I ordered two pizzas, I’m gonna need some napkins. I had already paid. I would’ve left since I had to wait 45 minutes for two pizzas today.

My fiancé ordered a sub one of the series sub and at the end of the order they said oh we don’t have two of the ingredients that go on that sub. So we said OK can we have a discount then and the person behind it couldn’t even speak the words. A restaurant for children ran by children

This was probably the worst subway experience I’ve ever had. Today, I went through the drive through for two sandwiches. The lady taking my order was incredibly rude and didn’t let me finish my first sandwich order. I tried multiple times to let her know that there were other toppings I wanted and she yelled at me and said, “We’ll get to that! Now what do you want with (second sandwich)!” I was dumbfounded and finished up my second sandwich. She never asked about any toppings for my first sandwich and rather than getting the two meals with drinks, I received a sandwich with just the meat and cheese, one complete sandwich order, and two cookies. I will not be going back to this location again.
