I created an order on the app and had a Double Meet Reward. I had several items on my order and asked the manager before submitting what sandwich the reward would apply to and she didn’t know and didn’t help me. She wasn’t very friendly and seemed very stressed. I ended up leaving and going to Jimmy Johns.

the bread was stale, the workers were rude, they don’t understand English, i had to talk loud for them to understand, they said “do you want it toasted” i said “yes” loudly and they said “no ok” the food was nasty. i don’t recommend.

Five stars all around. I come here almost every single day. The food and the employees are just awesome. The two that work around 5:00 when I come in are the best employees of any subway I’ve ever been to. Kelli is just the best. She is always friendly and really good at her job. Definitely need to be recognized.

My sandwich and cookies were tasty, however the service was mediocre. Didn’t give me the bread I asked for. Acted as if he was inconvenienced when I asked what cheeses were available. At the end, he asked if there would be anything else. In the middle of my sentence requesting two cookies, he walked off and said something to his coworker and she finished my order. Masks were below chin from all employees the entire time. I don’t frequent Subway, but I believe when the craving hits again, I’ll try to go to another location.

The staff had no clue about promotions that were going on. When I showed them my promotion that was sent to my phone, they assumed that I have already used it, which I had not and I has explicitly told them and they did not believe me. I do not appreciate the disrespect. I feel that the staff should be more aware of the promotions going on so this does not happen in the future.
