Last four times I went there and try to get meatball sub, the meatballs were cold an hour and half before closing, The last time they only had 4 meatballs and I needed 2 subs and they sneak around and add extra to the price of your sub I am through with Subway in whitesburg Kentucky

Just seeing fast food handled with gloves is a plus. The attitude of the workers is great imo. Very friendly and don’t mind just normal small talk while they make your food. The food is what you’d expect at any other Subway. More often than not the bread is fresh with the occasional bad day. The cookies are hit and miss but you have better luck getting fresh cookies the earlier in the day you buy them.

One star cause I cannot give zero. The cashier was rude, and stood there till my sandwich was ice cold trying to count money. I thought counting was a requirement for a cashier. All the veggies were rotten, and the bread was mashed on one end. Not going back till they get their stuff together.
