this is literally the best subway by far compared to Perry, Knott, Breathitt, Wolfe, and Leslie. the sandwich is ALWAYS hot when toasted! everyone that works here takes pride in their work and the work station is always immaculate. literally blows my mind how many bad reviews when i’m begging for a sandwich this good at hazard walmart

99% sure me and my wife got food poisoning from here. The counter they make subs on is never clean and I’ve seen them use the same knife make each sub with out wiping it off or changing it. Also they have removed toppings off a sub and just thrown bag into the vegetables. Definitely will not be back.

Currently I am in the hospital. Ordered a protein bowl from their app. After my wife dropped it off to me I noticed it was not made correctly. Called to let them know it was not the correct order and the they said they dont deliver to the hospital and in order for them to fix it i would have to come in the store with receipt to show them.( I NEVER ONCE ASKED THEM TO DELIVER TO THE HOSPITAL) I caint check my self out of the hospital and proceed to tell me to call my wife to have her to bring everything back in so they can check everything. Staff needs to be re-trained.

This place repeatedly fails me. Cold sandwiches. Eyes rolled when i ask for more of a certain vegetable. And to top it all a card reader that asks for a tip for FAST FOOD.
Food is so consistently cold i had my wife Ask for my sandwich to be DOUBLE HEATED AND TOASTED this time. Apparently they gave her a weird look when she told them “he wants it hot enough to burn him” and when she got to the car less than 3 minutes later it was like It was microwaved for 10 seconds with no toast.
You can get better, healthier food for less money next door at Lee’s or the Mexican restaurant. Don’t waste your money here.

I went online to order my food at Whitesburg Subway and they messed up on my order
I ordered a veggie sandwich with lettuce, tomatoes, onions and peppers and mayo that’s it
I went picked it up and took it home and when I started to eat it
It has tuna on it i don’t like tuna
The service was wonderful and they was so sweet but no I will not order online again and yes I will go back to Whitesburg Subway

Went in there last night to grab a sandwich for my wife and I. Whoever the short girl is was rude as hell to the guy in front of me for starters, then when making my sub she lays the meat on the DIRTY STAINLESS STEEL. Stainless steel was full of crumbs, water and whatever else that was going on the meat for my sub. I was very mad so I left.

The woman who work there make you feel like you should leave like your u wanted, the tone of there voice as they demand answers to the option questions. WHAT DO YOU WANT exact words as we walk in. We spend around 50$ 4 times a week at this location but not anymore. If them old woman doesn’t like there jobs they need to quit!
