Never again! Take you money elsewhere and get what you order. Idk if these ppl can’t read or to lazy to read what you order. I put in an order online get it home and was nothing like I ordered. It was so bad that we could not eat these sandwiches. I had stopped ordering from subway before because of this and I figured maybe it was just that time and that was 8 months ago. Same thing! It’s ridiculous you pay what you pay to have to throw it away. I can take my money elsewhere and get what I ask for.

The employee Jennifer Cantrell was extremely rude. Was touching everything with the same pair of gloves. Not changing them in between. Her hair hanging down and waving all around the food. They didn’t have half the items on the menu.

I ordered a sub online went in 15 minutes later to pick it up and it wasn’t ready. I was on my lunch break and I had something else to do. I left and done the other thing that I needed to do came back 45 minutes later and my food still wasn’t done. I had to leave because I was already late going back to work and she told me she couldn’t refund my money.

We have been super busy today, couldn’t wait to grab a sandwich and settle in for the evening. Looked up the hours, they are open on Google until 10pm on Saturday. We drive down there and the lady working there told us they couldn’t take our order, because they were closing. We told them the hours say until 10pm, she said “yeah I know, but I’m closing at 9 tonight”. Just decided to close a whole hour early on a Saturday night ♀️ I doubt we will be going back there, ever.

Trying to understand why I paid $5 one day for a 6 inch chicken bacon and 4 days later I get charged 11$??? I didn’t use a coupon either day. Even after multiple warnings not to eat here I continue to do so bc I love this sandwich……not cool at all tho !!!!

The young man who waited on us was friendly, polite, and very accommodating. It was a little after 4pm. The subs were perfectly made. In our area we only had trouble with one out of 3 stores in our city, and in my opinion the best one. 2 thumbs up!
