Don’t believe their listed business hours, They constantly close 15-30 minutes early and honestly its very frustrating. Update 4/14/25: They’ve somehow gotten even worse, they swear they’re open till 10 pm it’s listed online and on their door and that’s what they’ll say if you ask them. However by 8:30 pm they’ll already be closing up, that’s right they now will close a whooping hour and a half early because they can’t be bothered to work until closing. It won’t be long before they’ll be closing before 8pm out of sheer laziness.

My husband ordered on the app for pickup so that we could have an easy night of not cooking. We ordered 2 subs, a cheese pizza for our son, orange juice and 2 six-pack of cookies (apparently you cannot mix and match the type of cookies in a 6 or 12 pack so I had to order 2 to get two types of cookies). I drove down to pick up the order.
When I arrived I told them I was there to pick up an order and gave the name. I was the only customer in the store. There were two young ladies behind the counter working. One of them said something about being out of something which I thought was the pizza. I asked her to repeat it and explained that I read lips and cannot hear. She said it again, but was still not clear and not looking at me. I called my husband on FaceTime so that he could figure out what she was telling me. After she said it to him, he determined that they were out of cookies. I told him I think they are also out of pizza which we finally figured out was correct through no help from the employees.
They refunded me for the pizza and cookies and I picked up the subs and OJ but I felt like I was bothering them actually.
The subs were good. I ended up cooking something for my son, which is what we were trying to avoid in the first place lol.

Says they close at 10pm. Pull up at 9:25. 1 girl looked at us and rolled her eyes. While the other one was on her phone. Pulled on the door and it’s locked. But all the lights were on even the open sign. Closed 35 minutes early. Never going back there. Waste of my time and gas.

The employees were so helpful and friendly. They stuffed our sandwiches. The dining area was comfortable and clean. As we were traveling through it was nice their restrooms were clean, also.

Ordered to foot-long subs last night at around 9:40 PM I told the girl what I wanted on my subs and she started making them and she told another girl to check me out because apparently they were in a hurry to get out of there. Got my food and got home and didn’t have the toppings on my sandwiches. Very poor service and they are always out of stuff
