The service was AWESOME and the fresh bread and fresh sliced meats are great. The young lady is an amazing with how she handles the customer with a smile always. The other young lady was amazing also.

Almost always closing early when dorman employees are going for their lunches making their location lose money. I got my order cancelled when I placed the order at 4:00 so it could be made at 8:40 but they closed early.

Your employees need to know how to talk to young kids that accidentally got lemonade instead of water. She should have told my autistic grandson that’s lemonade, and showed him how to get the water instead of threatening to call the cops. The poor kid went home got in his sleeping and wouldn’t talk to anyone. He was so upset that getting his birthday money didn’t cheer him up! Not very good customer service. Karma is all I have to say and I hope it gets you good!

My nephews went in to get a water cup and my AUTISTIC nephew accidentally got lemonade instead of water. The worker there instead of telling him he can’t have lemonade that he would have to pay for it she started yelling at an autistic child and threatened to call the cops and have him arrested.

Ordered my food on the app at 820, pickup at 830. Get there, my food isn’t made, and I’m told they don’t have marinara for my sub. Okay, whatever just make me this other sub. Went through a 20 minute process with a trainee making this singular 6 inch sandwich. After she’s done, she pushes it towards me because on their end it only shows the first sub. On the app it clearly shows two items, including my meal but they still refuse to make the food due to a phone call to a manager and them stating it’s not going to happen, and the fact that they wanted to lock up at 850, not their announced hour of 9.
Beware, they don’t care about the customer, only their profits. At the end of the day, it’s just a business, but one that turns away repeat customers.

This is a clean place with a good-sized dining room. The service is fast and the food well-prepared. The only really busy periods I’ve seen are sometimes right after the high school lets out and students stop in before going home.

It’s a hit or miss whether or not the food is right, they’re toaster ovens are all kinds of messed up because it doesn’t toast at all. I don’t know who is lying about the cost per person because on average it’s like 12-16 per person. Maybe 10 dollars or under if you are a baby mouse. The girl’s who work there are USUALLY rude. I’ll give credit to the older women they are really sweet and tolerate a lot from the loud teenagers who come in after school. I live in Warsaw and I’ll say first hand our town especially the place behind subway is kinda sketchy, so if I get uncomfortable by the drug users behind subway ide assume other do also. They also don’t open until 9, but the app takes orders at 8 so the morning shift is usually unprepared but still try there best to make orders even while prepping. I will say one time I ate a sub their that did end up giving me food poisoning and now as a “Trauma” response I get sick whenever I eat the same sub. This is my OVERALL experience with this particular subway since I’ve lived here, not just a one time experience.

Worst service ever, suppose to close at 9pm according to the website. Sat down to eat our food maybe had taken 4/5 bites and got told we closed at 7 we needed to leave they had to clean the lobby. They had hardly any choices of food
