Food was good, young guys behind the counter were nice. The older gentleman that seemed to be a manager or maybe the owner, likes to tie his dog up out back in the hot sun. Made a rude comment to us on our way out the door. Definitely not returning.

Stopped in for one sandwich and a cookie. Older almost bald man working was extremely rude and condescending towards me. I asked for bacon twice, he told me, “he’s got it.” He missed a couple items I asked for and I repeated myself again. When I went to pay, I noticed he didn’t charge me for the bacon (a third time mentioning it) and he said he didn’t hear me. He proceeded to throw my sandwich across the back counter to which I said, “forget it” and walked out. He was just nasty from the minute I walked in the door making me feel like I was a nuisance. I will not come back to this location and it looks from other reviews that I’m not the only one. Customer service isn’t his strong suit.

I stopped to pick up dinner at this Subway yesterday evening, and I had a wonderful interaction with my sandwich artist, a nice, well mannered young man. I did not catch his name at the time, but he was very polite and helpful. Keep up the good work, kiddo!

Local customer that has been there a couple times. I’ve had a bad experience, chose to go back in and try again. The OWNER once again was rude. Chose to stop putting any other toppings on my sub. He stated I asked for it three times already. Literally walked out with the veggie sub with lettuce spinach and tomatoes.. Over with this location. Over with this owner. .

The store was Very clean!!! The bathroom smelled good and was also impeccably clean!!! The service was top notch! Best Subway I have ever visited!! It’s also owned by an American , local person which isn’t very common with Subway franchises in our immediate area. I will definitely give them more business and encourage others to do the same. Most importantly, the food was great!!

I am a bit late on caring enough to actually write here but I really need to. The older short ugly dumpy white gentleman who works there is why I will not stop back into that store again. Every single time I go there he seems like he has a very bad attitude, his customer service is forced and disingenuous And I always feel negative energy coming from him. Management needs to observe and take a better closer look into him.

My daughter was with me and she always orders a subway melt, which hasn’t been on the menu as such for sometime which he made it a point to say, yet he had no knowledge of what sandwich it was or its substitute. When we figured it out, he wanted my order and I said I wasn’t sure yet and to go ahead with hers. He said ‘No, I can do both at the same time and can wait’. Really?!?!
We were in a hurry but I chose not to argue. I ordered an Italian BMT and whenever we wanted more of something or added to the sandwich he made it a point to say ‘the sandwich doesnt come with that so you are added pickles, jalapeños and olives. My daughter didnt want onions yet he put those on. I wanted mine toasted but it wasnt. He closed my sandwich up before asking if there was anything else which I did want salt and pepper. He rang us up and I presented a coupon through the app and he said ‘Im gonna have to redo what I just did’. Im sorry. Keep your comments to yourself and put on a customer service friendly attitude. I hope he is not the owner. He is just turning business away. We wont return.

We will never come back. The old bald dude that’s always there, I think it’s the owner named Richard, has been extremely rude every time we’ve gone to pick up food here. This was the last time we’ll be visiting this location. Since he was so rude at every sentence, we did not even get a chance to correct the several mistakes he made to our food. He should quit if he’s so unhappy to serve his customers.
