Thank you for your great service and food! We came from another subway in Flemingsburg that refused to take our order so we drove out to Maysville to get our subs, when you have a craving nothing else will do . We were not disappointed, we will be making the drive to Maysville for our subs from now on, it is worth the drive! Thank you!

The manager or maybe it’s the owner is rude and refused to correct my grandson’s sandwich order. He tried to force us to order another sandwich after he messed up the first one. We won’t be going back to that location.

We will never eat at the subway in Walmart again. We ordered online, drove to the store to pick it up, drove home took 2 bites out of each sandwich (both foot-longs) and could not eat any more because of the amount of salt of these sandwiches. We wrapped them up, drove all the way back, with the receipt, and explained what happened, The man working there just looked at me, so I explained again. He then said he would need to call his manager. After several minutes, she finally answered. They began speaking in a different language. He took the bag and opened both sandwiches, then hung up. He looked at us and said “You come back in 5-10 minutes for new sandwiches.” I explain that we no longer wanted sandwiches and just wanted the charges returned to our card. He said no…only new sandwiches. I then said that the sandwiches were bad and we did not want new sandwiches. I asked if he could put the amount we paid on the receipt on a gift card. He said no, it’s an online order, so no returns. He then called his manager again, spoke in another language and handed me the phone. I explained what happened to her and that we just wanted to return the almost full sandwiches that we drove all the way back to return. She said, no, it’s online, only new sandwiches. He hung the phone up and said, “come back in 5-10 minutes. My daughter said, “no, I’ll stay”. I told him that this was terrible customer service and we will not return. If Subway is going to offer online ordering, then they should be able make things right if they make unsatisfactory sandwiches, whether it’s an online order or not!!

They do not honor ANY coupon sent out by subway. How is this not false advertising. I had them make 2 of the most expensive sandwiches.. they refused the coupon. THEY HAD TO EAT THOSE SANDWICHES. They’ll start taking these coupons OR eating their own profits.

The lady couldn’t speak English told me it was lunch time at 4 pm I made a app order it was for 2 hot footlong one chicken one steak was suppose to be toasted was not she agruged with me that she was the one to make my order and I was lying u can clearly see the cheese isn’t even melted the veggies and meat are cold

This is the WORST subway iv ever been in the person behind the counter speaks 0 zero 0 English, way over charged me on my order I didn’t get what the sandwich was supposed to come with then she charged me for meat that I never got and wouldn’t give me my money back even when I told them I didn’t want it if that’s how they were gonna charge me. Then she says I speak no English I speak no English. REALLY, I MEAN REALLY GET IT TOGETHER SUBWAY. ————— NEGATIVE———— ALL THE WAY. Recipient #SPM20240323052937.
19.00 DOLLARS for a single wrap that should have been 13.68. What a joke I didn’t even no it was 19 dollars till she only gave back a dollar. What a freggin joke. My last visit for absolute sure.

Terrible customer service **** We got a Philly cheese sandwich. It was very chewy. So much so that we couldn’t eat it. .
We took the sandwich up to the clerk. I believe her and her husband own it.
She said ohwell, throw it away and laughed. I’ve never had such bad service.

Excellent Sub choices. Wonderfully affordable. Delicious and nutritious. 6 inch is plenty to fill you up. Sharing a 12 inch usually adds to a great meal. My granddaughters love when I take them, bc they feel they are important when they get to choose exactly what they want. And they enjoy the meal with warmth in their hearts.
