Just placed a pickup order and the food is beyond disappointing. I ordered a bmt with extra mayo and I didn’t even get any mayo and two tomatoes and two pickles ? What is up with this location ? My husband ordered a grilled chicken with pepper jack cheese and there was no cheese ! And 4 tiny pieces of grilled chicken. It’s like we basically received bread and had to Dr them at home.

I went in to get food today the sandwich seemed good but I got 2 macadamias cookies very clearly old. They were so hard they just crumbled into hard piece. The man with glasses said he cooked them this morning and literally ripped the bag out of my hands and then yelled at me, yes yelled at me for the cookies being broke. He wanted to put them back on the shelves after taking to my car. I tried one bite and it was awful. Could tell it was old. So he is willing to resell food that someone from the public hand their hands on and lie saying he cooked them this morning to lessen his waste. This place is not safe to eat and like I said the guy became aggressive just bc I asked him to replace them

The lady that waited on me, had an attitude, the older gentleman was nagging her, therefore she had a problem making my sandwich the way I wanted it. She wanted to make it the way it’s pictured. She better be glad I eat healthy.

I purchased a Turkey footlong before work and the meat tasted bad. It had a spoiled taste to it. When I went on break I called to speak to a store manager and informed him of the problem. I asked for a remake or refund and was told that nobody else called to complain and that they couldn’t correct the problem!!! I still have the other half of the sandwich and the parts I spit out because it was so nasty!! I am outraged that I’m a loyal customer, reward’s member and that a manager refused to make it right. I will be reaching out to corporate and the health department. This is unacceptable!

I went here for lunch bought a sub and the bread was stale. The owners were really rude. They came across like they hated working in the food service industry and they did not like customers. I tried to be friendly with them when I was ordering my food but they were rude and rushed you along and did not give you a chance to decided what you wanted. Which is strange because I was the only customer. I was sitting down and another man came in and wanted to use the restroom. The owners were having none of that they scolded the man for wanting to to use the restroom and told him to leave because he was not a paying customer. They lock there bathroom doors by the way. I do not know how they are still in businesses. I will never go back here

Was very disappointed with this Subway. Ordered through mobile app a steak salad with 2x meat and other stuff, and they gave me a small salad box half full as if I ordered 1/2 of regular meal. When I came in for pickup the order wasn’t even started.

Lol the sandwich is literally half air and bread and I had to tear half the bread off just so I could chew my sandwich. Also apparently it’s rlly hard to read because why is they’re a box to write down a request/instructions for my food if they’re not going to read it?

The worker was extremely rude because I asked for sauce on the side. When I got home and opened up my sandwich, there was hardly any Philly meat on it. It was almost all vegetables. Total waste of money. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
