You know. It’s been a long time since I’ve been to a subway. And I’ve got to say, this one kind of impressed me. I didn’t notice anything too different to justify a 12 dollar sandwich.
But the sandwich i did have tasted pretty good. This is the first subway I went to and was surprised by the cleanliness of the bathroom. Normally they are on par with gas station bathrooms. But this one was pretty clean.
Overall a good experience.

I am totally disappointed on how my pregnant daughter was treated at this Subway on Hansel Drive in Florence Ky!!! So rude and unfriendly!!!! Then I called to report and she told me to be more careful????? Like what’s that mean????? Terribly unsatisfied!!!! All subways need to be a lot more friendly !!!!

My two kids and I went to this particular location for the second time today and both visits have been fantastic.
The first thing I noticed upon walking in was how clean and neat everything is. There weren’t soda puddle stains beneath the drink dispensers or open condiment cans sitting out on the counter. There weren’t even crumbs on the tables. It really looks like everyone at this location pays attention to the small things.
I’ll mention the menu briefly, as it isn’t particular to this location. The menu upgrade is incredible. The have introduced new sandwiches and really upped the ante on ingredients, adding things like capicolla and smashed avocado.
The staff: this is where this location stands out. After 2 visits so far, we have been served by 4 people there and they have all been amazing. My kids order for themselves and some places/people seem like that is an inconvenience. All of the staff here (two of which have been the owners) have been very patient and extremely friendly. Easily the friendliest Subway I have ever been to.
To hit the highlights: clean store, good sandwiches and top-notch service.
Of the 3 Subway locations near me, I’ll happily drive a few minutes more for this location.
Note: apologies for the half-eaten sub pics. I was well into the Bella Mozza sub when I decided to do the review.

We recently used their catering option for a customer appreciation happy hour party before the holidays…. great service! Everything was as expected and a gentleman even loaded my car for me. It was ready when i arrived. Great experience and I will absolutely use them again!

We tried 3 of each of the new dippers and it literally had 3 pepperoni or 3 chunks of chicken in each dipper. Just over cooked and dry. The sub was 90% lettuce. Just awful. When we said something it was met with poor customer service. Horrible subway. Save your money go to firehouse or something else.

This is by far the best subway I have ever been in. The workers are extremely nice. The sandwiches look amazing as they make them. Like for real they go out of their way to make them look like they could be in a commercial. Everything is always fresh. It is located very close to my work so I eat there frequently. They have my order down and get it started as soon as I walk in.

Do not go here if you want good service, especially if you use coupons. Had coupons and went here, a place my wife and I frequent often. We were verbally attacked for simply trying to save money. The woman’s entire demeanor changed over a coupon. Raising her voice, antagonistic words, altering the coupon itself shouting “I’LL TAKE IT BUT A SMALL CUP ONLY AND NO REFILLS!”. When I say shout I literally mean shout. I’d have preferred her just say politely “We don’t honor this here.” That would have been fine. Her attitude and demeanor will cause us to never return. Her hostility is on top of the already questionable service their. On multiple occasions, her and other staff (guessing the owners) verbally berate and abuse their own staff members for not working fast and not understanding English. It’s a pretty messed up place honestly. It’s really gone down hill quite a bit in terms of service and quality. All this was given to corporate as well, especially the beratement aspect of the place in general, but they do not care. Nothing ever came of it. So if you do go here and have problems, don’t expect anything from the franchise at all.

The man that works at this location is absolutely amazing. He is kind has a personality anyone can enjoy and he makes astonishing sandwiches it’s insane how good they look and taste by far the best experience I have had at any subway I have been too. He is the first worker that made my very first subway sandwich years ago my first time eating there. And to this day is still my favorite.

It’s a newer place so it’s very clean. My only complaint is that I went here because I had a coupon. When my food was already made and I was checking out he told me that they don’t take coupons. I had been holding the coupon in my hand the entire time and he knew it because he was the one who brought it up at checkout. So my food cost me more than double. Which was a loss for me after taking my daughter dress shopping all day and trying to save money.
