I did a pick up order online for 915 pick up For two subs. I walked in the subway and nobody was inside there. I was in there for approximately two minutes and then I yelled hello and then the guy finally came out… I told him I was there to pick up my subs, He then tried to tell me that I already picked up my order. I explained to him I did not and he said he handed it to somebody else that knew what my order was. I said well I didn’t pick it up and nobody else picked it up so you gave my order to somebody else. The guy was very rude and would not give me my money back for my subs that he gave to somebody else. He said it wasn’t his issue. It was mine. I do not recommend the subway at all. They are very rude and thieves. They’ll steal your money and steal your food.

I ordered online and came to pick up my food, planning to eat there. When I noticed there were no napkins, I politely asked for some. Then one of the staff told me that since I ordered online, I don’t get a bag — which already felt unnecessary. As I started eating, they said that if you order online, you’re not allowed to sit and eat there. They even started talking in another language about my coupon (I used the $6.99 footlong offer), which felt really disrespectful.

The way they treated me as a customer was rude and unprofessional. Definitely not the kind of service you’d expect from Subway.

Terrible experience.
The service was awful. The employee who attended me did not understand what I was ordering and got angry when I tried to correct her. Her attitude was rude and unprofessional.

The vegetables were not fresh at all; they looked old and dried out, almost like raisins. On top of that, hygiene was very poor. The person in charge started using her cellphone while still wearing the gloves, which is completely unacceptable in a food service place.

I regret not reading the previous reviews before coming here — they are absolutely right. Overall, very bad service, poor cleanliness, and low-quality food. I would not recommend this Subway to anyone.

I ordered online through the app at around 8:45pm and picked it up around 9:15pm. I ordered a footlong Boss Sub and a footlong Elite CBR sub along with a large drink. I pick up the food and headed home. I open the bag and see that they only gave me a footlong Elite CBR but the Footlong Boss sub was 6in. Drove back up there at 9:53pm and they were closed and gone. This is completely unacceptable and I want this to be righted. Looking at the other reviews of this location it seems that the owners of this location are taking everyone who live around here for fools and this location continually DISRESPECTS the city we live in by going way out of their way to provide horrible service. I will be contacting corporate.

I went in for a pick up order for no one to be at the front. I saw my bag and grabbed it and assumed chips weren’t in the bag so I grabbed one (my bad) a lady with glasses then proceeded to come out and yell at me saying there were chips in the bag so I put mine back and apologized. She then proceeded to yell at me in another language mixed with English saying to check the bag next time. Was very rude for no reason.

How is this place still open. I agree with all the horrible comments on here. The sandwich had half the meat on it as a normal subway. The service was incredibly rude. They did not hand us a cup for our combo we ordered so we grabbed cups and they screamed at us for grabbing the wrong size. Then proceeded to loudly bad mouth us while we were eating. This place is terrible and I will NEVER go there again.

Guy was watching videos on his phone when I came in. Did not realized I was there for a couple minutes. Did not know what a salad was when I ordered one. Place was not the cleanest.

Rudest employees I’ve ever experienced. Beware if placing an online order. Even if you tell them your full name and what you ordered, they’ll scream something to you in an incomprehensible language (definitely not English). This joke of a place needs to go out of business pronto.

I went in after working out in my workout clothing. I was greeted by discussed stares by the staff members (men) i was rushed to place my two sandwich order. I was trying to be nice I used please and thank you as well. I left a tip and he just stared at me, slammed my receipt on my sandwiches and walked away. No thank you no have a good day nothing. I was treated like an abomination by these misogynistic men. It’s no wonder this store is always dead. I will never be coming back to this location.

Ordered via the app. Walked into the store, and witnessed several subs being made, the gentleman behind the counter did have gloves on. I thought hey this is a good thing. However he proceeded to cash several customers out with the same gloves on, and went back to making subs. I was running late for work, or would have made an issue. Suffice it to say won’t go back. Do better.
