Haven’t been to subway since they got rid of the original sweet onion sauce. I was a several times a month and sometimes multiple times a week customer. This was the least filling, flattest, most expensive turkey footlong. The cheese was thicker than where the turkey would over lay and create layers. The whole thing had a hint of pickle flavor throughout it. I did not order, nor do I like pickles. The one thing I came back for after these years away was the bread. The bread was blander than local competitor breads, stale in taste and had a general hardness in various places. The store itself was very clean. Almost looked freshly remodeled clean. Only a couple of tables, but most people order subway to go anyways. Good chip and drink options too. I do not know if my experience is because of the store being locally owned and operated or if the whole company has just gone down hill.

I won’t come back to this location. The last 3 sandwiches I ordered from this location have been wrong. I select the “more” option for sauce, there might be “light” sauce if any all. Tonight’s had none. The bread was incorrect, and toasted when I ordered not toasted, no lettuce when I ordered it. And no, it wasn’t just out, because my husband’s sandwich had lettuce on it. The only thing that is consistent is disappointment.

The guy working there is a jerk. He doesn’t know how to make a chicken bacon ranch and mad because I want him to put the rotisserie chicken thats listed for the sandwich. Even got an attitude with my 11 year old son when we regrettably came back.

The subway on Turfway was run by a lovely mature couple. The store was immaculate. Everything was freshly chopped. They were very friendly. I guess while I was in Florida they retired! The store still looks clean. New employees are courteous. We will see after time goes by. Wishes prosperity for the owners

Went in twice today. The second time was about 15 minutes before they close and I was met with a very eager to serve employee. this is not like my hometown subway. the bread is fresh and soft, the cheese always gets melty, its sooooo good. this subway knows what they’re doing.

First and last time last time I’ll visit this location. Went in to turfway location and had 2 separate transactions. Food was good, but because my daughter and I used coupons and they had a new system, there was an issue with the coupons being applied to both of our orders. The lady was super rude and complained about the coupons and the overall cost of food in comparison to what was listed on their menu. Saying it was costing her money. Her accent was very hard to understand,but raising her voice when someone doesn’t understand is not good customer service. The man also said something to my daughter about 1 piece of ice being on the floor that flipped out of her cup. She didn’t throw the ice on the floor. She’s not an employee. It would be different if she purposely threw the ice on the floor. Ice spills happen especially with an automatic ice dispenser. Overall not a great experience.

I gave the service a three, it was quick and efficient, but the gentleman looked serious the whole time and didn’t give me even a slight smile at all. Food was good, the location is clean but looking aged or outdated. I would return for the food but they need to work on their customer service/appeal.

Chicken, bacon ranch sub had a lot of hard & inedible pieces in the chicken, honestly. Like biting into bone sometimes. First sub had no problem, second sub that was for the next day was full of it. Ordered online for pickup and upon pick up the woman gave me my food (2 meals) and cups but didn’t even mention the chips she put within the bag already. When I went to grab my chips not knowing they had already been placed, she yelled like she was being assaulted violently. Woman just had to say “ma’am” or literally anything else to get my attention. I was the only customer inside the store. But she screamed & I had to ask her not to yell like that & it wasn’t necessary just over chips & within an empty restaurant, at that. Totally unnecessary. 10/10 sticking to the subway in Walmart now.
