Went in at 8:40 pm tonight with a huge order from our nightshift crew only to be told by the worker that she couldn’t wait on me because her boss told her to close up early since they, “weren’t getting much business.” HELLO!!!!!! They’re supposed to stay open until 10 pm but I work most nights and have never seen them stay open later than 9. Sick of it!!!!!!! They’ll not get our business again!!

Zero stars!!! We stopped by there last night 6/12/25 at just before 8pm . We waited for the employee to finish helping the customer before us….which seemed like a long wait for one sandwich….finally when we stepped up to the counter to order our sandwiches, she told us, under her breath, they were closed….it was a little after 8! She wouldn’t even look at us, just stood there and quietly told us she was closed, I had to ask just to be sure I heard her right and sure enough she said yes, she was closed. They lost not only us but the customer behind us as well. I guess getting good quality employees who are willing to do the job they are getting paid to do is hard to come by these days! Needless to say we will not be back, we were regular customers but we’ll just drive out to Maysville, like we did last night, at least they were customer oriented and willing to take our order in a friendly manner.

Tried to order on app for 30 minutes and it kept giving an error message every time I tried. Employee tried to see if I was doing something wrong but I wasn’t. I was unable to get my deal of a free 6 inch sub because app wouldn’t work and they wouldn’t honor it.

Subway is my favorite of all the fast food places I’ve been too. The sandwiches are consistently fresh, and in my opinion, simply taste better as they are individually prepared to taste with different ingredients.

I walked into the gas station apple market and walked up to the subway counter where I was greeted by Kelly the store manager everything looks so nice and neat and clean fresh I purchased a sub and it was delicious I will be back for more subway and I’ll tell my friends thank you for keeping such a nice store clean and neat . Everyone one here is very friendly nice environment.

It depends who is working. There is a short young man who has dark hair who doesn’t seem to enjoy his job in the least. If he is working it is not a good experience. However, there is a taller young woman who makes the experience remarkable. She is friendly, gives good advice on sandwich choices, it is just an all around fantastic service with a smile.
