One star — portions are a joke (photos included).

First bite, I honestly thought they made me a veggie sub: the meat was so thin/light I couldn’t even tell it was there (see photos). Tomatoes were paper-thin (see-through), and the “cheese” was basically undetectable. My wife placed the order and kept asking for more, but they repeated, “If we add any more, it won’t close.” I’ve had subs with literally five times more ingredients and it closes just fine. If you’re paying for a meat-and-cheese sub, don’t expect to get one here.

This subway does not participate in any of the app promo codes. This subway also raised thier prices on all sandwiches compared to other subways in the area by quite a bit. (Don’t believe me then go to the app and put a sandwich in your cart from this location then change to another location and do the same sandwich and your price will be significantly higher at this location.) The lady who runs the place is very rude and does not put full portions of meats and toppings on sandwich, and then has the audacity to say “oh, no tip today?” when paying for my order. This has happened multiple times. I will never go back and will drive an extra 10 minutes out of my way to another subway in erlanger because of pure principal at this point. I hope the ownership changes due to lack of customers. This is by far the worst subway I have ever had the displeasure of walking into. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS SUBWAY!!!

Good location way cleaner than the other locations I’ve been to the guy was friendly and made my sandwich to order. Items seemed to be fresh as well. Nice dining area as well right of I-75 at Buttermilk pk. Exit stop in when you are passing through.

Thw worst Subway I’ve ever been to.I ordered a Tuna sandwitch today at this location. The lady was so cheap she wouldn’t even put full scoops of Tuna. She kept talking over my food as she prepared it. Worse yet, she would wipe the tabe clean as she put on my topings. Absolutely disgusting. I assure you she over charged me after all this. I paid and I threw away that sandwich. I should never have paid for it in the first place. Should have left it there instead.

I accidentally ordered at this location and called 10 times and never picked up the phone. Came in the next day and said they couldn’t give me my sandwich and protein bowls said it wasn’t their problem.

I’ve requested a refund TWICE now with no response both meals were unable to consume long black hair found in 1 sandwich and the second one made completely wrong hard bread to the point it was completely solid absolutely disgusting and terrible management.

Where to start with this place. This was the best subway I have ever been to. Who knew a subway could be life changing. Every ingredient was fully stocked, perfectly cut, and completely fresh. The workers were so kind and welcoming, extremely friendly. 10/10 would recommend. Coming here every time I need a subway.

The owners at the Subway in Crescent Springs are very dishonest.
We eat there often and had collected $8.00 in rewards over time.
They claimed we didn’t have points when I had been told the week before at another Subway that we did.
They don’t want to give you reward points after you earn them.
On the way out the door we were saying how dishonest they were and I’m sure they heard.
We checked our Subway app tonight and discovered that they had deleted all of our points.
They are not nice people and it is terrible customer service.
You should think twice before you give them your business.
