Went and picked up an online order. One of the workers was very rude when we entered. There was a lot of horse play going on and people that doesn’t even probably work there doing other jobs for the employees and underage vaping was going on in the restaurant. I will not be at this location again very unprofessional

This place is okay, depends on what time you come in and who’s working. Lot of the time i have to clarify what type of bread im even wanting because the new teenage employee’s don’t even know all the bread types. I mean cheesy Italian bread is one of peoples favorites, how you wouldn’t know what that is is beyond me lol. Had one employee drop my sandwich on the toasting pan after i already paid for the sandwich and since i just got off work, i just took what she gave me and left. Offered to make a new one but i was so tired i didn’t bother.

Normally this Subway is very friendly. Today I went and got two Subs and the service was terrible. Two young girls, with the worst attitude, made my sandwiches so sloppy that when I got home most of one sandwich wasn’t even in the bread. They acted lazy and we’re NOT friendly!

Came at 8:52pm on 10/17/24 and my son went in before me to use the restroom and before I could walk through the door they turned off the open sign and said they were closing so I went in to tell my son and another worker comes out and says sorry they are closed that they were just waiting for someone to leave before locking the door. They were waiting for my son to leave and another customer came in behind me and they were also told that. They could at least wait until closing time to turn people away. While I was still in the parking lot there were me and 2 more customers that were turned away.

Orderd online, and I recieved 4 sandwiches with under cooked bread so much sauce even though they were toasted they were very soggy. Also took forever to get my food since the 2 employees were in the back vaping. Low quality good. Stay away from any london subway

So I thought I would try a online order at this store since it is closer to me. Ordered a footlong coldcut combo when I got home and opened it up there was just a few slices of balogna in it, Where was the ham and salomi? Ordered it with extra mayo, no onions, lettuce, tomatoe, American cheese, oil and vinegar. There was no mayo on it, there was no oil and vinegar, there was onions in it took them out, had to add our own lunch meat and mayo. Not a good experience, Head Store Manager where are you? You need to straighten this store out, back to the north main store.

Food was good however before we sat down I asked the cashier to clean a table that was sticky after they had rang up a previous customer. The person didn’t come clean the table. Instead they went and started make sandwiches my wife was ordering with the other worker. So as my wife was paying the other worker came out and cleaned the table but by that time I had went ahead and sat at another table that didn’t look dirty.
