We pointed to the meal of the day menu and said we wanted it as a foot long. So +$3. She said she hadn’t prepped the meatballs yet but she could substitute a pizza sub for the same deal. Okay. The pizza sub turned out to be just a layer of pepperoni with some sauce. But the kicker was that when we went to pay, she didn’t honor the meal of the day price. She charged us for two 6 inch subs. And pulled out two hand written “specials” to explain what she was charging us. Very bait and switch.

I wanna start off by saying the sandwiches were really REALLY delicious! My only complaint was the sweet tea tasted unsweet to me but it still wasn’t bad. I also noticed the white chocolate macadamia nut cookie I got, didn’t seem to have any nuts in it, which is completely fine with me cause I don’t like nuts anyway, but wanted to say something incase there’s a whole batch like that! I’m not complaining but someone else might!

The service was awesome, the two ladies working this morning at around 10 are great at their jobs. They both were smiling,nice, and make one heck of a sandwich. Probably the two best workers they’ve got.. They had all the bread options made and ready, and for this location that’s huge. The restaurant area was clean and fully stocked. Definitely will be back

They couldn’t take order in the drive thru, so i had to go in. They didn’t have onions, roast beef or black forest ham. How can you run a sandwich shop without ingredients to make the items on your menu?

Went through the drive thru, the lady that took our order gave herself a 10% tip without asking!! It’s expensive enough already for just a protein bowl and a foot long. I also just wanted a turkey with bacon which shouldn’t have costed what she rang it up as! I didn’t get double provolone as this sandwich states it comes with.

This place looks like a crackheads rundown sandwhich shop. Any time I have been here there is 1 worker period. Always looks spaced out. 20 minutes per sandwhich order. Ingredients look absolutely disgusting. Wouldn’t be surprised if they were reused all week long. Judging by the state of things they dont get that much buisness. How are you still open. I have stopped by here 10 times over the last year thinking maybe it will be better. It never is. Get it together.

The Employee not working was sitting at the table couldn’t help the manager because she was not on the clock and she already had 40 hours. In my opinion the manager should have said go ahead and clock in. Instead the employee that was sitting at the table called ” I guess corporate or owner” and she said corporate would not let her start early because of overtime. I’m a customer and I heard this whole conversation go on before our eyes. The manager still did her job serving us, but the other employee sitting down should have helped. There were 3 customers behind us at the time. It was about 3pm on Monday.

Why don’t you just close this station down. No one wants to work here. This is the nasty nasty restaurant. It smells when you walk up to the door. As for fresh supplies. You will not receive it. How this place stays open is beyond me. I just wish you would close it and call it a day. If the outside is nasty the inside is just as nasty. We did not place an order because we stood there for 20 minutes and just walked out. The smell of something rotten was enough.

The people were nice but none wore a mask nor wash there hands when coming in store.The food literally mad me sick. It was almost impossible to eat because the way they stacked it. The place where the toppings and meat looked awful. Worst 40 bucks ever spent. Very disappointed. The only reason I gave it 1 star is because the people were nice.
