I was so excited to have subway back in Lancaster but I’m so disappointed. Every single time I’ve put in a pick up order something is wrong, if you go in and tell them exactly what to do and micromanage it’s fine but don’t waste your time doing a pickup order, I keep trying to give them another chance and there is no point. It’s a waste of their time and mine to have to go back after my pickup order is done and have them redo everything again. They either put the wrong ingredients on a single item or mix up ingredients on two different items. I don’t see why they even have a pickup option if they can’t do it right.

6:45pm, staff were attentive to customers and it was just a pleasant experience to get our supper. Everything looked well kept too and it appeared the staff took good care of their store.

When you order online, pay premium for extra protein, extra cheese, and specify your toppings…you’ll be COMPLETELY SURPRISED when you get home and unwrap your sandwich to find no cheese, toppings you didn’t order, and a single layer of protein.

Unfortunately, had a very negative experience although the people behind the counter were nice the vegetables all looked like they were not fresh lettuce, and spinach were wilted and brown. Bought the new sandwich off of the protein menu and unfortunately received the same amount of protein as my husband’s normal sandwich.

Food was good, fresh. The young gal behind the counter had a scowl and attitude. Price was very high plus they expect a tip. For what?? Doing their job? I have always been a tipper for good service in a restaurant. Servers have a tough job sometimes but these workers never came out from behind the counter. i never got tipped for just doing my job, why should they? They are receiving a competetive wage for the area and in my opinion should not receive a tip for doing what they are paid to do. I am a retiree on a fixed income and can’t afford these inflated prices. We have decided not to go to fast food places any more especially this one. I won’t be back.

10/10 DO NOT RECCOMEND. On more than one occasion the food I have received has not been done properly or is cold when it’s supposed to be hot. Usually I just deal with it. But today I went in and there was a guy working with black and pink hair who was not changing his gloves between fixing food and handling money. He fixed the guys sandwiches in front of me and he charged the guy with the same gloves on and then he came and fixed my sandwich as well and once again touched money after mine. He also scratched his nose, moved his hair, and touched his eyes while fixing the sandwiches. He was also very standoffish and the counter where the food sits was absolutely disgusting. You could tell that it was not being cleaned like it should and he was throwing the food around like a crazy person. Out of all the employees there, he is probably the rudest one. I get that Subway employees do not make a lot of money but do not work in customer service if you do not know how to attend to customers or at least do your job properly.

The service was Great it was around 9:45 pm.they were getting their nightly chores done and here I come with a fairly large order.I was greeted with a big smile as if I was the late Ed McMahon delivering the winning Publisher’s Clearing House sweepstakes prize,I had several questions and they were all answered with enthusiasm unlike most people getting ready to go home for the evening and me holding them up with a bunch malarkey (to most) but like a fine tuned instrument they never missed a beat.The sandwiches were all made without any mistakes and look like a picture in a very short time.He was very knowledgeable about the food places in the neighborhood and such a pleasure doing business with.Sure wish more people still went the extra distance to satisfy the customer not treat them like a number.Thanks so much for your service to the average Jo who felt more like a V.I.P. for a change may God bless you!

Used to be the best subway around. Came in for lunch about a week ago and stood there for 10 minutes and still our order hadn’t been taken and there was someone in the back just standing there while the other girl was helping the customer in front of us. Literally watched this girl drop a 6 inch IHC bread on the floor and put it back in the cabinet and dropped cheese on the floor and put it back in their sandwhich. I don’t know if the customer was paying attention to what she was doing or what but we left and won’t be coming back. Cleanliness and personal hygiene is not the top priority for the employees that run this store now. The bathrooms were so nasty my fiance didn’t even feel comfortable using it. I don’t understand how this place is still in business. If I could give it zero stars I would.

I went there after lunch time and my order was taken promptly by a lady and she kept starting and stopping putting my philly steak sandwich together to talk to the male customer who was in front of me with whos sandwich was being made by someone else. You could tell by their conversation they knew each other but come on. Her attention should have been on me and the sandwich she was preparing for me. I requested mine heated and with no one but me at the register, my heated sandwich was no longer warm when I sat down to eat there. This was all due to her time conversating with the male customer.The green peppers were in wide/long portions and the steak was the same. Chewy and tough. I have eaten Subway for years with never any problems with the food or service. First and last time at this Lancaster location. I also had a coupon for a meal deal for $5.99 and I requested extra steak. I was charged over $10.00. Extra steak at subway $4.00 more or did my coupon even get applied???? Terribly disappointed.
