The last 3 times I’ve ordered here, I’ve ordered through the app. I never arrive early, I’ve worked fast food before, so I allow ample time. My other 2 of the 3 times hasn’t even been started, and when 3/3 orders have been completed they’re either a sloppy mess, or incomplete. Unfortunately it’s the same employee that messes it up every time. I love subway, but I’m going to have to start going to the hustonville road location if this one can’t get it together ♀️ I recommend going in in person and ordering. Ordering through the app is just asking for a headache at this point

My family and I moved here from Tampa a year ago and we found this location and decided to try it a few weeks ago as we had not had subway in over a year as most of the Subways we have been to in Tampa were subpar. Let me just say first we keep coming back and I absolutely love visiting this location because the store is always clean and the employees make the experience is awesome. My family and I absolutely love when Aiden and Zack work because they’re always quick, friendly, professional, and an absolute joy to encounter when they make our subs! They’re both always smiling and upbeat. Not only do they make the subs correctly but their customer service skills are stellar! We will continue being patrons of this location because we love the service (Aiden and Zack), clean location, and quality of food.

If you like minerals, if you want to learn about minerals. These volunteers have samples to buy and knowledge to share. Again, if this is interesting to you it is worth the drive. There is a small fee to get in, $8 ish or so.

The shop was clean and the staff friendly with me.
However, there was some talk between employees that definitely highlighted management problems and it made the environment awkward. It definitely seemed like multiple employees weren’t getting treated well.
The food was made perfectly evert time I went there. However, subways prices are just getting too high and I found other options.

All tables were dirty, restaurant had a funny smell, and the ladies didn’t know jack about their own menu items. NO steak sauce for a steak sub!! Go somewhere where the employees are at least helpful and inspiring. These ladies acted lost and a bit slow. Bread was stale and steak was just okay.

The poor girl who was making our sandwiches looked like she hated her job and her life. And I understand that feeling sometime but at least pretend to care about ur customers. But the food was decent at best my bread was so hard I couldn’t eat the ends or sides. I won’t be back, for a long time.

I wish I could leave 0/5 stars because 1 is being too generous. I made the mistake of ordering food at this location around noon on Sunday (6/18/23) to find the place in utter chaos. Does this subway employ children barely old enough for grade school? Because that’s what I saw. Loud, screeching children running around behind the counters and making nuisances of themselves while their mother (one of the two employees) sat in the lobby eating a sandwich while her coworker took our orders.
