If your employee can’t tell that the marinara sauce for your meatball sub has been burnt when it appears blackish in color not red, then they apparently are incompetent to be serving food or simply don’t care what they are serving your customers. U would expect someone serving food would taste what they are serving if it doesn’t look right because the burnt taste was so evident that sub could not be eaten by humans. I have no confidence in getting served fresh food from this location when going through the drive-thru and being so disappointed when get home and don’t have an edible sub sandwich.

Ordered a 6” subway club. Got 3 thin slices of turkey, 3 thin slices of ham, and ONE slice of roast beef. One slice of cheese as well. Seriously, by the time the veggies were added this may as well been a vegan sandwich. Super stingy on the main ingredients – I Won’t be back to this location.

I stopped in on my way home from work,it was literally the best sandwich I have had in a long time. Its under NEW Management. The restrooms and store was very clean. Also the food prep area was clean everything was fresh as well. I will definitely will be going back. Also the service was very good , very friendly.

Service was good. The quality of the sandwich was very poor. The Subway roll was much smaller than last time (it’s been sometime). The roll was tough and chewy, could not taste the bacon or tomato. My thought, keep the sandwiches the way they were and charge more. Either way we still feel robbed, but the sandwiches will be more tasty.

On 11/5/24 I made an online order (3 subs). I picked them up and drove all the way home to Harrodsburg to find that one wasn’t made correctly. I have been trying to call this store (Hustonville Rd, Danville, KY), everyday since and no one ever answers the phone. I would love to have credit for another sandwich or a refund…

This is the second time I’ve been to this subway. The first time my order was completely messed up. This time again same thing. I’ve tried calling multiple times and nobody answers the phone. This place has potential but some serious training needs to be done. Highly doubt I’ll be back I’ll just go to another location

I stopped in for lunch and had a terrible experience. They spent most of my visit complaining about their manager not updating the menu.They were out of the cheese that is supposed to be on my sandwich, no bags available at checkout and no coke. I won’t be back.
