If I could give zero stars, I definitely would !!!!!!! this place is entirely rude ,very unprofessional and their Food is not good then if you say something about it and ask them to remake it, they won’t do it. I do not see how they get any business. This is the reason why I quit going there the last time due to how rude they are. I gave them the benefit of the doubt tonight went there and absolutely same behaviour. I don’t know how they’ve ever been open this song as rude as they are. It’s sad because us customers are paying their bills and this is how they treat people. I guess they’ll figure it out when they go out of business.

Sign says make any 6 inch salad, so my salad was supposed to be $7.99 for the 6 inch I chose
But when he went to ring it up, he added two dollars to it. I said why are you doing that? I could not understand a word he was saying, but I think he was trying to tell me he was adding two dollars for the price of the container. They were putting the salad in. I have never heard of such in my life.

This place absolutely smelled amazing! However, the two ladies that work here has zero personality and are kind of rude actually. The poor guy that came in behind us asked for a sandwich and they told him they didn’t have that kind of bread. All they had was white and some other kind. And so he left, then another lady behind him wanted three foot-long sandwiches and the little older white lady said all we have is white bread and the lady said that’s fine and you would have thought they asked for everything in the store as rude and hateful as that lady was. not sure what’s going on with this place but could probably use a little help. But the food smelled amazing and taste amazing!

Under new management and much improved. The portion size of the meat was good and the vegetables were fresh. The store was clean and well maintained. Will definitely go back and glad to see that someone that cares about quality has taken over. It was my go to place before it went down hill and WILL BE MY GO TO PLACE KNOW.

I stopped going to this location a while back because every time I walked in, the employees would look frustrated, like we were bothering them. Stopped a couple weeks ago, saw a new family (I guess) working. I was like yay! Stopped by this evening, the “son” was very rude. Throwing my food around. Barely putting enough meat on my sandwich to fill up the 12 inch and taking it out of the toaster before it was fully toasted. Maybe it’s the building that leads to horrible customer service but I was rooting for the new owners. I won’t be back.

While the food was as good as any other subway, the ladies behind the counter left much to be desired. Two of the three ladies had quite an attitude over trying to order a kids meal with flat bread. I didn’t care to pay an extra charge, but they seemed to have more of an issue with it than I did. I just wanted to quickly pay and get my child and myself to a seat before a complete meltdown. These women had no since of urgency or what seemed to be common sense. Cleanliness, quality of food were all very nice.

Went in at 8:55pm on 8/20/23 and was wanting to order my kids and myself some subway, I did so, but during the owners son or whoever he is was so rude! Kept looking at the clock, rushing me, I said y’all don’t close til 9:30 what’s the big problem he said “well it’s cleaning time right now” well cool, if u want 9-9:30 to be cleaning time then close at 9:00 not 9:30pm. Smh. I felt so rushed, he was so rude! This is the second time he has done this. I thought the first time he was just having a bad day and wanted the day to end but nope, that’s how he is if u go in anytime after 8:30pm although they close at 9:30. I will be taking my business else where, they are horrible to customers yet want to make money but treat the customers so rudely. I’ll be glad when their gone and a new owner takes over. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE VERY RUDE

The service was good, a little slow. But unfortunately ended up with food poisoning from this location. My mother, grandpa and I went here for lunch yesterday. By the end of the night she had a full blown fever and nausea. Around 4am this morning I had to make multiple trips to the bathroom with having issues from “both ends” if you know what I mean and I have a fever. I gave my husband the 2nd half of my sandwich and he also is having stomach pains and using the bathroom. My grandfather said he also was using the bathroom and having stomach issues and felt sick. Seemed clean so I’m unsure what happened but be aware.

Ordered curbside and waited in my car 30 mins. Had to call and then go inside. Had 2 of my sandwiches wrong. And they barely put enough veggies, sandwiches were flat. Don’t order curbside. It’s better to go inside so you can watch them.
