My eight-year-old son and I were served by Bobby this evening. He was so kind to my little boy and I. He allowed my son to make the choices for his sandwiches. He waited patiently, he interacted with us and was very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I can’t speak highly enough about this employee. He’s an asset to the company.

Very clean restaurant! I had a pickup order and they were out of pizzas. The staff called me and asked for a substitution and specially asked how I wanted it make, any condiments, etc. they were awesome! This is probably the best Subway I’ve been to in Nicholasville. Thank you!

I am so blown away by the customer service that your employee “Cameron” provided my business on 9/15/25. I gave him our order for a very important work meeting and told him the time i would need it. Not only did he go above and beyond with just customer respect, he made our order to perfection, labeled everything, and accommodated the special requests. He EVEN helped me with carrying the bags. A pure gentlemen. You all better hold on to him because I’d really like him to work for us! 🙂 VERY IMPRESSED! 100 out of 10 score! HOLD HIM TIGHT and PROMOTE HIM – you won’t be disappointed!

Food was great but if you’re taking it to go be sure and ask for a knife for your salad. Salad is in big chunks. I didn’t realize there was no knife until I got back to work and set down to eat.

I gave a female staff member a coupon for three sandwiches for $17. After I selected the sandwiches, another female staff member came over to count the money. I told her I had given the coupon to the first staff member. She looked around and found a coupon for two sandwiches, worth $12, next to the cash register. Since I ordered three sandwiches, she attempted to charge me $26. I explained that the two-sandwich coupon wasn’t mine and that my coupon was for three sandwiches. She insisted, “This is clearly the coupon you gave me.” I was shocked, as I had no prior interaction with her. The first staff member overheard, rushed over, and handed her my correct coupon. She didn’t apologize and acted as if nothing had happened. If she had said sorry, I wouldn’t have written this review.

The food was perfect. Sometimes when you order on the app, the employees don’t make the food as good, but each time the food has been top tier. The employees working are friendly and seem like they enjoy their jobs. It’s very refreshing.

Not please at all this is what I got delivered a burnt sandwich I call the store and he said there’s nothing he could do . I wasn’t able to go to store from being sick that’s the reason I have Doordash to delivered I will be calling corporate. I could never send a burnt sandwich out the door. Not happy at all.

They would not let me make my own sandwich and I ended up having a sandwich with just chicken and bacon and the bread was hard as a rock and did not even get it toasted I hope the worker there gets fired and they close down that store

This is not really a review of the restaurant but of one of the employees, I go in from time to time. Ive been seeing Robin there for a year a least. A first she was learning the ropes and and following the lead of the manager. It didn’t take long for her to be really knocking it out the park. This time was different. I walked into a pack establishing meant while the other employee was on lunch. She was whooping out 2 customers a min which seem not much but when she’s slinging 2 subs to everyone, I sat back in amazement. She was keeping light conversation, cutting bread and protein, slinging toppings, and checking everyone out juggling all the tasks and making it look effortless. When it was my turn I thought I should try to steal her to my restaurant. I asked and staying true to form, she said that was her “home”. I hope the owner of Subway know what she has in Robin. I also hope she taking care of her. Thanks Robin, for keeping the line moving, the food delicious, and being an all around great employee. Go you !
