I had stopped by the Subway on 806 Indian Mound Drive today July 21 around 7 pm and ordered the same thing I always do. I usually don’t ever complain about service but the way I was treated was just awful. The young girl serving me (looked to be around 20) had brown hair and was heavier set had made my food. I can’t even lie The girl Seemed high out of her mind. Not a single smile and it was made to seem like Everything I said she would just roll her eyes. It was very disrespectful and I have never been treated like that in a fast food restaurant. After reading some reviews it seems to be im not the only person experiencing service like this, which makes me wonder if the managers are addressing the problem. On a second note The girl made the food so messy and fast i feel like i got skimped out of food which is unacceptable when paying 15 dollars for a sandwich. Subway do better and managers make sure your employees are meeting standards this is not OK!!!!

Ordered on the app and they lost the order my wife called to see what happened and they had no order so I drove up here to see what’s what when gave the name my wife gave mine young woman named cloey chandler didn’t not ask if it was under another name she just kept saying (there’s nothing I can do) so I see a bag behind them still they say it’s been there for a hot minute and I ask what it was turns out it was my order so I have to fight 5 minutes to get the order remade as it’s been out 1 hour and she kept saying there’s nothing I can do. So I had them call the managers and no one would answer as it’s Halloween so I had to bring up what does their policy state for time that something sits out and when it has to be thrown away she says 20 minutes it has to be thrown, so I ask her again what are you going to do re make it or give me bad food, she finally decides to remake it so pussed I have never had this bad of customer service from here. Last time I’ll be here again especially ordering on the app.

08/07/2025- I went into Subway today just trying to grab a quick, affordable meal using a valid coupon—and instead, I was treated like a problem. Three young girls working behind the counter clearly had no idea how to honor the coupon, and instead of figuring it out or asking for help, they looked at me like I was the issue.

They literally made me step aside and wait while they served everyone else in line before even attempting to deal with my situation. The disrespect was unreal. I’m a single mother of two, and times are hard right now—using a coupon shouldn’t make me feel ashamed or judged.

Their behavior came off as entitled, unempathetic, ignorant, and completely out of touch with what real people are going through these days. Subway, please do better training your staff—not just in how to ring up a coupon, but in basic human compassion and customer service

The more I think about this situation the more upset I get. I ordered a catering order (12 box combos) for my work team. The website states. “All sandwiches come standard with American cheese, lettuce, and tomato, served with mustard & mayo on the side.” That is copy/pasted directly from the website. When I got back to work, we realized the sandwiches were just bread and meat. I went back and asked for a toppings tray, the guy at the counter stepped to the back to call the manager. He had taken a picture of my phone a screenshot of the subway website and sent it to his manager. He came back to the counter and said the manager wanted to speak to me and handed me his personal cell phone. The manager stated that catering orders do not come with toppings. I read her what the website said and she said that didn’t matter because it wasn’t added to the order. I told her there was no option to add toppings only remove because IT COMES STANDARD ON ALL SANDWICHES. I told her she was wrong and she proceeded to repeatedly say “NO YOU’RE WRONG NO YOU’RE WRONG”. I was blown away at how rude she was over some lettuce and tomatoes. Do better, Gladys. Honor what your website says, instead of having 12 people eat dry bread and meat. I have included screenshots of the website for Gladys’ review so she understands what the company is selling. I escalated through Subways corporate office but I’m sure I won’t hear a response but we will see.

Edit: I received a generic copy/paste response from someone at Subway, which did not actually do anything to help the situation.

Edit: 3 days later and nothing….

Edit again many months later. Never did receive a response. But I did receive an email from Google saying 30,000 people have viewed this review and my photos. Just wanted to let those 30,000 people know this place is still terrible.

Edit again. This place is still horrible. No one ever reached out to me about this and I’ve never spent another dime there. Drive past every day and give them the one finger salute.

I went to the Subway on Indian Mound drive today (7/13/2025 around 1:00) to get the same thing I always do. Tuna salad with iceberg lettuce, extra tuna, light mayo (today I added onions). The young girl working the window never once smiled, had a kind tone or anything the whole interaction, just told me the total was $11.65. When she handed me the container (wild that they no longer put it in a bag for you, but small details, no big deal) I said “thank you!” and she closed and locked the window. I looked down, immediately frustrated. I ordered a salad and she barely put any lettuce in the bottom. I waved her down and let her know what happened so she never said a word just stuck out her hand for me to hand her back the container of salad. she took it, put gloves on and just threw some more lettuce on the top (which is what I asked for, so fine), and when she hands the container back to me she never said a word again & just shut the window. I don’t normally complain unless I have a reason to but there was literally only 1 car besides me there. and it cost $0 to be kind. If i’m paying almost $12 for a salad at a Subway, I want my bowl to be full lol the food tasted good as usual but the service was AWFUL.

The absolute worst subway visit ever experienced. Placed the order online with the app for “rewards” payed the extra for Happy Gilmore cups only to be told at pick-up that they didn’t have any of them. I asked if I was going to get my money back for the purchase of the cups. They offered cookies in exchange. Fine. They also forgot to put the 3 bags of chips in the bag. No big deal. What really irks me is the 46 dollars spent. And the order was completely wrong. My ham and turkey protein bowl that I ordered without any dressing/sauce came with sweet teriyaki sauce on it my wife and son ordered sweet chicken teriyaki sandwiches my wife wanted the wrap she got flat bread instead. My sons teriyaki sandwich had all my wife’s toppings on it instead of the ones he ordered. This is beyond ridiculous not only is it a 20 minute drive to the store. But I ordered this after working all day I’m not about to drive back to town for another plethora of errors to be handed to me instead of my food. This is the last time I will visit this subway location.

Well…. I went in there ‘bout five days ago… 7/16/25 the lady was just the meanest darn thing! No smile. No greeting! Just a “what do you want”! I went in there around 3pm they wasn’t a bit of busy! Just needed one simple sub… I was able to catch her name while she was checking me out.. kensy I do believe or something like that. The manager really needs to train these fellas to be a bit more happier! I mean c’mon your working it’s your job to be polite! .. definitely my last time going in there… what a shame subway.. what.a. Shame.

Food is good. Service is sus. Atmosphere sucks. Subway needs to train there employees to be more happy when customers approach and when customers ask questions. Seems like non of them knew what they were doing. No smiles. Atmosphere is just negative.
