They will not take Subway coupons. I asked why and was told it’s too expensive. LOL! Okay, I want to use a Subway coupon because your prices are too expensive. You should not be a Subway Franchise if you don’t take your company coupons. You should open your own independent sandwich shop and call it Bob’s Sandwiches or something other than Subway. I will not shop here again. Fortunately there is a local owned sandwich shop a couple miles further down the road. They will get ALL my business from now on. Their sandwiches are better, bigger and less expensive than Subway anyhow. I only went to the Subway because it was closer to me. I’ll be glad to drive further for better service, quality, pricing and support a non corporate business.

For years they have put less on the sandwiches than the previous owners, don’t take coupons, don’t always look at online orders, and do not give the tips to their workers. We rarely go and yesterday they messed up my sandwich so bad that I couldn’t eat it. They left off the cheese, some of the veggies I wanted, and they put garlic aioli instead of oil and vinegar. They also shorted us one bag of chips. That is $17 for a combo you can’t eat.

NO,NO, never again!! This place needs help. My family likes going to subways on Sundays for the $10 footlong steak and cheese sandwich of the day. The lady was talking on the phone using earbuds while we tried to tell her our order. She was very pushy and stingy with the ingredients. She acted like it upset her when I washed for more topping on my sandwich. Three footlong steak and cheese sandwiches three bags of chips and three drinks cost 57.+. I asked her about the daily sandwich deal and she said she didn’t participate in those specials. I will NOT be back. Oh yeah, she got my daughter’s sandwich wrong. I guess whoever she was gabbing with on the phone was more important than taking care of her customers. Ridiculous.

I received coupons in the mail. Tried to use them and they wouldn’t accept it. Is that a thing!? Only certain Subways accept coupons? Anyways, be aware that Harrodsburg subway does not accept them.

Well they put hot sauce instead of southwestern sauce on one foot long. Then no cheese on the meat ball foot long. Had to go back to have the one foot long replaced. Then was told your advertised e-mails don’t apply to this store..

They do not accept coupons from the mail flyers you get in the mail. There is no posted signage to let you know. You find this out when you go to pay.

This place needs help. It’s as simple as that. If this happened once I’d chalk it up to a bad day but this is pretty much every time we’ve been. Over the past year we’ve experienced inaccurate orders, rude staff (owner?), and obvious skimping on proper ingredient amounts. We tried. For now, we’ll be going to Danville.
