Idk why people are complaining about this place. I think they are mixing this location up with the one near Big Lots because that one really, really sucks. My sandwiches are literally PERFECT EVERY TIME! They are super nice and patient anytime I come in I mostly order pick-up at least once a week (I am the one lady who puts please don’t put mayonnaise on my sandwich or I will cry in my order notes )

Cashier was super rude. She didn’t welcome no customers coming in. I said I’m here for my pick up order she pointed at the bag and gave no response. I get in the car headed to work and she substituted my cookie for another kind. If that was the case she ran out of the one I wanted she should’ve let me know that when I picked up my food. I Got a footlong subway club, with paper jack cheese, toasted, lettuce,tomatoes, black olives, mayo, black pepper, and parm cheese.
First off my meat was still cold,
Lettuce looked so old
Tomatoes where slimy
Olive tasted weird
The veggies all around just seemed old and like they should have been thrown out yesterday.
I ended up scrapping all veggies off my sandwich it tasted so weird
On top of that an elder woman came in asking if they take coupons. The lady said no they dont take ANY COUPONS which is a lie all subway restaurants take coupons even if franchised.
The sandwhich artist seemed very annoyed that anyone was in there at all. She also tapped my payment pad when it came to the tip I had to double check to make sure she didn’t tip herself.
They also only have diet Pepsi no other options or unsweetened tea. My napkin was not even a subway napkins it was a papertowl from the bathroom…
Over all wish I didnt come to this subway.

Placed an order online. Charged for 3 three sandwiches almost $29 . Went in to pick up my order and they said they did not receive it? went back and showed them on the bank account that it was charged at their store. The chick was very rude !!! The manager. That’s why they have 2 stars.

2 of the 3 employees said they do not know how to make a wrap?
I thought that was odd, they were both very nice about it and we joked but they ended up not making it. The one employee who did make it went off to the side and didn’t train the other 2 who didn’t know how to make it.
Food was good portions were fair. I liked the staff, even though they aren’t wrap fans.

Horrible experience. Arrived around 1:30pm, nobody is in the line, and employees are having a conversation. I asked for a specific sandwich number from the menu, and I said as is on the description. The menu description already says this particular item is in a wrap and has bacon and avocado among other items in the description. The employee starts asking what kind of bread and what kind of cheese. I have to tell her the description said a wrap and the kind of cheese. Meanwhile, the other 2 employees are still busy in their conversation. At the time to add the other items, instead of looking at what the content of the sandwich, she still is asking what else I want to add. When I said again, this order is according to the description. She reads the description, and she tells me they do not have avocado, and she still asks me what other ingredients I want. At this point, I want to cancel the order, and the other employee says they are already in the middle of making it. I said they don’t have what the order requires, and they just keep repeating what I said. People are starting to arrive, so to avoid additional issues, I just decide to proceed with whatever items they had there. This is no longer the original wrap I requested. It is less from the original. Still, they charged a full price for it. Very poor customer service. Employees seemed to be busier paying attention to their conversation than paying attention to their customers.

Don’t go here and waste your money prices rose and they give you less portions . So little toppings the bread was rolled over its self . I assume they are doing so to save money on meat or they get bonuses for how much they use each month.

I walk next door to Subway for lunch as I work at the VIP Vape Shop directly next door, the service was great, they were very friendly, facility was very clean, all in all great atmosphere great vibes, I will be attaching an updated photo.

Bread was stale and dry, not many herbs or spices. Tomatoes were disgusting, had to pick them off. My “sandwich artist” was not on a work related call and once she did come over to me, couldn’t be bothered to produce the slightest shred of hospitality towards me, as a paying customer. Really not expecting much, I’m just trying to make it through the day too, but the interaction was borderline weird with how much I seemed to be disturbing her, by needing some lunch. Will never come to this location again.
