…When I was in Louisville. Stopped in on a busy day and was honestly impressed. The guy making my sandwich was calm, polite, and didn’t rush it. Everything tasted fresh and the place was clean. Solid experience.

Okay so the fact that we paid $29 for a 12” meal and a 6” by itself, led me to believe the food we’d be getting would be good at the least. I mean we could’ve ate at Texas Roadhouse for the same price! To my surprise the food was mediocre at best! Idk what kind of produce they’re using but the onions didn’t even have a taste their vegetable selections also failed on appearance
Mushy Pink tomatoes , cucumbers so thinly sliced I didn’t even recognize them as cucumbers & the green peppers was a shade of green I’ve never seen! I got my sandwich toasted & it was rock hard, so I ended up eating what I could with a fork & knife ♀️ i definitely wasn’t gonna complain because the guy waiting on us had the most severe case of a lackadaisical attitude I’ve ever seen. Also this location doesn’t accept the coupons on the app! Typical case of giving the bare minimum while charging way too much! Avoid this location if at all possible

The meatball sub had ZERO sauce on it. It was like they washed the meatballs before outting them on the bread. It was so dry i couldnt swallow it.

I ordered my food online and had one of my employees go pick it up for me . I couldn’t because I’m the only supervisor on shift . It was improperly made and it was basically a bread sandwich . The cookies were also overly cooked . I take it back and ask for a supervisor I showed him the food and he remade it . After I was done I grabbed my things and asked for my receipt back and was walking out . He proceeded to yell by the way the sandwich was made correctly the first time . I was highly upset about that . Why would you as manager argue with a customer who wasn’t being rude or anything . So I let him know that he was very unprofessional and that I will be contacting someone us being supervisors shouldn’t handle things that way . He said he didn’t care ! This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with any subway EVER !!! I love subway whole heartedly! I will not be revisiting that store and will also do a google review and let them how they treat their customers . That was very unpleasant and unacceptable. I’m glad they I was recording at the time of the incident to show who the aggressor was . I’m furious.

The oven was broke so they couldn’t toast our sandwich AND the chips were STALE! AND the white chocolate raspberry cookies were chocolate chip instead. I won’t be coming back to this store at all.
UPDATE: I called after our meeting to voice my concerns about our order. The employee who answered the phone, said he told my husband (who went in to pick up our order) about the oven being broken & they were out of the cookies we wanted. My husband looked at me & said he told me about the oven but never said they were out of those cookies. The employee told me I could come back up there to get another bag of chips & come back tomorrow to get the correct cookies we ordered. I said I’m not making a special trip back there (which was like 10 minutes away from our meeting) nor coming back tomorrow because I don’t live anywhere near that store. I restated, we were on our way to a meeting nearby that’s why we stopped at their restaurant to grab our food. He seemed very rushed by trying to end our conversation so I just hung up the phone & went about my day.

I’m thoroughly confused at the negative reviews. Not only is the food delicious, but the service from everyone at this location is top notch every single time I come in – and that’s a lot. By far the friendliest staff at any of the nearby stores. Thanks for keeping me fed, guys!
