Cashier had an attitude. She made fun of my kids for their topping choices. She said she would have to charge us for ice water. She was not willing to swap Turkey for ham on a BMT without an up charge which is fine but she said it like I was crazy for asking even though most places are happy to do it.

this location hasn’t taken coupons in over a year… what’s the deal?! i went again since the last time they told me they didn’t take them and of course they still don’t take them. can someone explain? i used to work at subway and never had a problem scanning a coupon! fix this. and it’s always empty, this is probably a big reason why.

Purchased a Tuna sandwich. The clerk didnt put any Tuna in my sandwich. Went back to let the manager know and they remade it. I go to my sons school and it was even worse . It had so much mayo on it that he couldn’t consume it.

I came in right before closing the other day and to my surprise I was greeted kindly and my order was ready to be taken. Normally folks say we’re shutting down sorry. I believe the gentleman that helped me was Jacobi and his co-worker Anthony maybe? These young men were courteous, patient and efficient. Keep doing what you’re doing and I hope you go far. Thanks for bringing decency and good bearing to customer service this side of town.

The sandwich was fine, the cashier was terrible. My niece by mistake filled the wrong size cup in a coupon. We corrected the mistake by pouring the soda in the correct size cup. After the cashier took the cup back, he looks at my niece and said, ” you have messed up everything!” I responded by telling him it was a mistake. We had spent 17.00 dollars total. I won’t go there again. He is related to the owner. Older and extremely rude.

I just wanted to say how absolutely horrified I was today in this particular store. I’m not sure who she is, if shes a manager or shift lead but she was talking to the employees so horrible I could not hold my tongue. I will definitely be contacting corporate and let them know what kinda of behavior was presented in front of me today. Disgusting! Maybe if shift leads/managers talked to them with dignity and give them motivation then there would be no problem.

This location does NOT accept coupons. Turkey sandwich was okay. I have had better at other Subways. Bread did not appear to be fresh as crust crumbled with each bite.
