I went there to order a nacho cheese chips for five dollars and I was not going to get any meat instead of meat I just wanted some extra veggies and they would still charge me the same price for that and That’s ridiculous but I was fine with that. Whoever those two young ladies were making my nachos, she was so rude and did not even care to ask me what kind of toppings I wanted on my nachos and without even asking me Do you want to customise it she just put a cheese sauce on it and I did not want that and then she put the nachos in the toaster already. I’m like Hello excuse me I wanted to put some veggies on that before toasting it and she goes Yeah what what kind of veggies do you want and I just left the store I felt she was too rude they need to check it up. They need to teach them how to talk with customers and how to meet customer needs I’m never going back to that Subway do not go to that Subway in the evening or at all. Maybe they have very bad staff with a bad attitude who would not listen to you.

My in store pick up order was already picked up when my bf got there to pick it up. He was informed that someone came in and showed them my name and address as a delivery pick up. I live 3 to 5 min away, 15 minutes after he got to store there was nothing delivered. After I send him my email confirmation the manager does finally pull up my order and remakes it, which was delicious other than lacking some on the sauce. They did the right thing by remaking it, but arguing with my bf for 10 to 15 minutes seems outrageous to me. If you accidentally mixed it up with a drive thru order, no big deal. Own up to it and remake it. Don’t tell us it’s been picked up and should be on its way bc here it is 30 minutes later and no one has delivered the order. So we either have a dishonest delivery driver or a dishonest employee. Either way the issue was resolvable. I just wish it wouldn’t have taken so much to get the order redone. But thank you to the manager for redoing my order, regardless of how the mistake happen.

Placed an order on the app for pickup around 9pm with the app saying that they wouldn’t accept orders after 9:30. Placed my order on the app recieved updates that the order was in progress and it would be ready to pickup at 9:25, i arrived at the store when it said my order was ready and the store was closed, the hours online and on the door of the store said they were open until 10pm.

Employee was so rude. Made me go thru the like twice because they didn’t hear me say I wanted six inches. I always order 8 sandwiches and spend over 300 a month here. It was so ride how she spoke to me. On good side there’s always a nice lady there too with manners.

The place has been completely remodeled. It looks very welcoming and clean.
I had teriyaki chicken on wheat 12” sub. The bread was fresh and hot and the sub was juicy.
Service is prompt and no frills.
