This was the absolute worst experience. !!I was there last night just to get a few subs. The girls seemed as if she was new, which is understandable. I saw two other ladies running back-and-forth to their car , as well as somebody in their cleaning up ..no one helping the new girl.. I was in line for 47 minutes. I have the receipt to prove it. They are so unprofessional and rude. It makes no sense. This is poor management. This location needs to go.

Worst experience at all . This is the second time I m going there and coming back without no food . Last time we run into the store our car was parked at kroger and we went there and they said we are already closed as it says it closes at 9 . And two ladies staff from there they run to the Mac d without talking to us . And now this is the second time we were at the door n they were not talking to us n making stupid faces at all just like last time . Not even answering to us . Worst experience. Need to look over the staff and change . Never going back . And not suggested . Don’t go there u will feel insulted all the time . Please and thnku

Bathrooms are broke. I would not have ate lunch at this location. I believe they are required by health department to have working bathrooms. I will not eat at this location again

Went through drive-thru and sat for about 5 minutes. Came in since no one answered. and saw the only employee sitting in the lobby with headphones on, throw them off and run behind the counter before taking my order, she didn’t give me the right kind of meat and her friends showed up when taking our order. Stopped making our order at the sauce station, let both orders sit for around 6-7 minutes while making her friends orders to which her friends came in telling her to stop ignoring the drive through line. Was just difficult for a simple subway order, happens when teenagers are hired and work alone.

I literally went there this morning they sign said they was open but they refused me and I went to the drive thru to see what was going on and the lady tried to hide in the back and when I called an asked for the managers name she hung up on me they’re unprofessional so I went to the subway on 9th and main and received great service instead

Very long wait. They asked me what kind of cheese for my sandwich four times, stingy with the onions. Main toaster was broken they had to toast my sandwich in the back room, out of Sandwich wrapping paper up front, had to take my sandwich to the back to wrap it up, cashier was new and didn’t know how to work the cash register.

Never placed a review here. That’s a desirable place. Hope it’s a perfect place to get some rest at, around the area safely, and monitored, like all other places, left empty and not. The restaurant had just got there, had a good thing of chips, and sandwich. Soon the place on day, can get a t.v. in the lobby, and the potato chips might change, from store to store, thanks.

This location is absolutely terrible, and the workers are very rude. The workers also have no knowledge, I was trying to find out about the deal for a foot long sub for $6.99, which is a complete joke. It’s nonense that you can’t just use the code in-store. What good is a rewards membership if you can’t use the perks except online. So disappointing anyways the workers could not give me any information I had to call around to 3 different Subways to learn what I needed to know. The dining area was very unclean and nasty. I was the only one inside and had to wait for the worker to get off her phone to take my order and help me. The food was good as it always is with Subway, I feel like, since it’s made fresh in front of you, it can’t be screwed up too badly. Besides my food being good, everything else was crappy. I do NOT recommend this place. Take care and always enjoy
