normally i go in there and this really sweet man makes my order. tonight though, it was a bigger lady and when i walked in and said the same sandwich i alway say she said it wasn’t on the menu which is fine… except the attitude that followed that was uncalled for the food is decent but definitely is better when he makes it or honestly any of the other people make it. in my opinion if i see her in there before i walk in im turning the other way.
also note the whole time she’s making my order she’s runing to and from her personal phone which is just unprofessional and then she picked up a call which wasn’t a big deal but the service after that was even more down hill.

The worker was sitting in her vehicle instead of being inside. The lettuce was a little brown. The other veggies was not fresh. Also there was a.bad odor in the building. We’ll never eat at that one again. The worker was not friendly either. They need to really shut it down or get all new workers

I went there to pickup a dash order and I went to use the restroom and it was locked, so I asked if the young lady would unlock it so that I could use the restroom. She said that it’s out of order, so I asked her what are they using all day and she said we don’t. I told her there is no way that they are not using the restroom and working all day. I also said that this establishment is setup to have working restroom for customers, she finally says, I’m going to keep it real with you our manager said not to let anyone use the restroom. I said are you serious and I continued to say a few other things nothing out of the way, but I did inform her and the guy that was there that I would be reaching out to cooperate. I was there 12/27/25. If I have to pickup orders up from there I would, but I will never spend my money in there. Oh, there were no out of order sign on the door.

Highly incompetent. Ordered for delivery and my chips were missing. Contacted the store who was clueless and insisted I call DoorDash as they were the ones to deliver. DoorDash indicated the refund must be on Subways end and could not send dasher back out for missing item.
DoorDash was unable to get the store to understand the issue and had me contact the store again. I was told that Subway would not refund it as that meant they had to refund the whole order. They tried to get me to go out of my way when I explicitly ordered delivery to get the bag of chips. I indicated it was their mistake and I wanted the refund. I was refused and am never ordering from this store again. When you make mistakes you have an obligation to make it right to the customer, they did not. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT order or use this store or you won’t get what you paid for.

The food here is fresh and well-made, not skimping on toppings, but also not overloading the sandwiches and salads. The service was quick and care was taken with my order. It was pleasant and refreshing. Asalwats, the cookie was soft and delicious ious.

First time here, staff(well the person made the sandwich) was very nice. But good lort, the price difference was ridiculous, for the same sandwich. See picture attached. There’s, $11.01 and my local Dixie Hwy location about 10 minutes away was $7.41. I didn’t think the prices would be that different, but I was incorrect. The sandwich in the picture was from this location. Doubt I will return, unless I can’t avoid it.

I wish I had gotten the names of the associates who were closing tonight (4/15/25 around 9:40pm) because I can’t brag on them enough. I had placed an online order which I felt bad doing so close to closing time, but I legitimately had not eaten in 2 days due to some physical/mental stuff I’ve been going through and I needed something close to home that I wouldn’t have to cook and wasn’t greasy. When I got to the store to pick up my order for me & my roommates, I noticed that my sandwich was missing and the employees immediately jumped to the task of making it right. They were also very kind and patient with me which really turned then end of my day around. Give those kids a raise!

I don’t know why I keep ordering here in hopes it will get better. They never follow the instructions from uber eats. My sandwich is never toasted, I get the wrong meat, they forget the sauce or put like a drop onto a foot long. The chicken I got on my sandwich today was riddled with black stuff that did not seem safe to eat. It’s really disappointing because subway is literally one of the easiest jobs you can have and still it’s a constant struggle to read instructions and follow through.
